I had Michael LeBlanc come over to see if my water heater was serviceable. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced. I was very happy with the quick response time and him scheduling in the replacement service right away. I now have hot water again, and recommend MTL based on this experience.

Professional in every aspect. On-Time, Good communication, and quality work. I've used them twice for two different jobs. Both excellent results and saved me thousands versus a new install.

Mike contacted me immediately and had someone at my home within 90 min. As it turns out my 39 year old furnace was not able to be repaired. MTL was at my home the very next day to replace the furnace with a much more efficient unit. My home was warm and toasty with just a few hours. Work was performed professionally and at a very reasonable price. This is a top notch business-I have already recommended MTL to several friends and neighbors.

Mike contacted me within minutes of my request. It was the day after the coldest day we've had and we thought we would have to wait for an appointment. I explained that we had no heat Mike told me that he could have someone over within 2-3 hours. He told me what the cost would be which was very reasonable. Joe arrived as scheduled, fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. Within 2 hours our boiler was back up and running. Mike and His team did a professional job . Mike did a great job of communicating with me through multiple emails until he knew that I was comfortable with the boiler that he installed in my home . This company gave the best prices out of multiple plumbers I was choosing from and their work was completely professional and they had a great attitude when answered one of my many questions with respect . I'm a ver happy customer after choosing their Service.

Phil from MTL came out this week. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and helpful. He explained the system and what needed to be done. Will definitely hire in the future when/if needed.

The job was simple, he had the tools, in and out in an hour. No problem.

Mike was very responsive and got right to work upon arrival. We didn't have heat and he quickly diagnosed the problem and correctly it. The only reason he didn't receive 5 stars was for the up-charge on the part required, however, I feel like all contractors do this to keep labor costs down. Just up to the homeowner to understand that.

Pro Mike responded AFTER HOURS even though I had NO prior contact!!! MIKE came to take care of my problem ( no heat in sub zero temps despite sufficient oil ). Service was rendered next day on time efficiently and curdious. We are VERY PLEASED. We will definetely use MTL's Services again in the future and can/ will gladly recommend MTL any time.
