Description of Work: I have an annual maintenance contract, so did not pay separately for this Fall tuneup of the heating system nor the same for the A/C in the spring. The technician is very thorough in checking every aspect of the system, and readily offers explanations if needed. Laura in the office is also great about scheduling (and in my case several times needing to reschedule at the last minute).

Description of Work: They replaced a 25 yr old air conditioning system - condenser and air handler. Technicians were great - did a good job, answered all our questions, and cleaned up when work was completed.
