Dave at Pinnacle was excellent! Not only did he put up with my bug phobia , he got rid of them...mites! I was very pleased to find out when he got here he uses Earth Friendly Products! Dave told me he had everything under control, but was still very scepticle after reading horror stories about mites online. Dave was right, he had it under control ! Thanks Dave!

My experience with Pinnacle so far has been excellant. Jawl explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and where my problems were originating. He will be coming back in 10 days, can't wait to see the end results. He was extremely Polite and professional.

Very conscientious and knowledgeable about termites, mice, etc. He took his time and was very thorough. I would recommend to anyone.

1. It's expensive for one time treatment for $200. 2. It's ineffective. Just three weeks later, roaches are back. 3. The company does not respond to our email or phone calls. 4. It cheats customers with false promise for coming back to spray again.

Dave and Tony came on time, they both did a great job treating for carpenter bees and even did a little extra treatment without raising the price. it was clearly explained to me what i needed and what was not needed. the job was done for a very fair price and i am very happy. good guys, very friendly, like you've known them for years. i would recommend to anyone here for any pest job, this is the company, it is for me for now on.

I was very pleased with Pinnacle Pest Management. David Smith did a great job with killing the bees from my house and was able to answer many questions that I had. I really liked the fact that he was a really down to earth person and easly to talk to.
