 + -1 moreI recently purchased a Shed from Sheds USA. The ad indicated that installation cost was included with the price. They advertise heavily on the Home Depot web site which is where I first discovered them. I should have known there was some kind of problem when I could not get them to sign the permit that my town requires for shed installations. They came when scheduled but the installation, if you can actually call it an installation, was an absolute joke. The began using 4 x 4 patio blocks that they would just break in half and then stack to obtain height needed to level the shed. They used the absolute minimum of patio blocks to do the job. The town inspector just laughed when he saw the improper and dangerous installation. Sheds USA subs out their installs to HIP (Home Installation Professionals). They are professionals all right ..... I can't really comment on the quality of the actual shed. It looks good but being it could fall over at any moment I am hesitant to start loading it. I wish Angie's list would allow photos so I could show the shabby install. I am waiting for my town to get back to me with the proper installation and fix I am going to need to bring this to code. My advise is to NOT USE this company unless your placement area is absolutely level. If it isn't prepare the area yourself or hire someone to do it BEFORE they arrive. Other than that you will be taking a gamble on this so called "professional installation". Remember the saying "you get what you pay for" well with Sheds USA you really do get just that ...... There is no such thing as free !!
