Description of Work: Had 10 windows replaced in my home. Several were in dreadful condition, completely broken nonfunctional. The entire power experience was excellent from start to finish. The salesperson is a family friend but he gave us the exact sales call he would give everyone, it was hours long, there is a lot to discuss and see and go over. The measuring is done initially then rechecked by another team member prior to install date. The project managers were calling me through out the entire process, prior to install, during and after. The actual product is the best, it's pricey but it's the best, will definitely up the resale value of your home, offering numerous benefits , cost saving on energy use being paramount! The install team was great, really personable nice people! You knew they knew their stuff, I had all sizes of windows a huge decorative arched piece, all installed beautifully and they cleaned up and removed all old windows and hardware. I will definitely get more of their products in the future and will request my install team! Great job.

My experience with them was good. I am not jumping up and down for joy because my expectation was that our roof would get done in one day. I was told it most likely would. But, it took two full days. However, they did a good job. The crew was good and worked very hard. (nearly 12 hours the first day and about 9 hours the second day, which was also a saturday.) I wish I had better communication with the project manager or foreman on the job. I didn't meet the foreman until the very end when I had to sign a check. And, the project manager contacted me half way through the second day of work. So until then, I just spoke to random members of the crew. One of them was even kind enough to keep me posted on the first day while I was out of my house. Once I did meet the project manager though, he was very responsive and answered all my questions. I just wish he was available throughout the job, rather than at the very end only. Overall, I am satisfied with the work they have done, and would consider using them again in the future for other jobs around the house, like redoing the siding.
