The job went well. I would have liked better communication from the project manager. I had some questions and problems and always felt that the workers on site either didn't understand what I was asking or didn't think it was important. I also would have like the final signing off of the job to be done by someone other than the workers who had performed the work. When I question if it was done correctly the answer was always yes and I felt as if I was being too "picky." For what I paid, I think I could be picky. Finally, I asked that they cover the dumpster when they left as it would be a few days before pickup and things were blowing out. They said it wasn't nessecary, but before the dumpster was removed I had to clean up my yard a few times. And when the dumpster was picked up I was left with 2 large sections of siding and a huge pile of insulation that had blown out of the dumpster.

We loved the product and the service. The company was very responsive and helpful with any and all questions we had. We're very happy with the product and the install was quick and clean.

Very professional from initial visit to the completed work. The installers protected the area they were working in and once finished thoroughly took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up. Everyone was extremely nice that I worked with from power. The only hiccup I had were about the downspouts but when I called they came right back out and fixed them the next day. I was most impressed about the clean up because a roof is not a clean job. Overall the experience was great.

From start to finish it was professional. The sales person was thorough, courteous and easy to speak with. The work team was on time, did the work in less than easy conditions without complaint, and completed it within the time frame promised. They cleaned thoroughly. I would highly recommend this group.

The entire process of learning about the work, engaging the company for the job, having the crew at the house working has been positive. While the project isn't finished yet, my experience so far has been very good. The company representatives are knowledgable and very willing to explain everything. They have been in contact with me throughout the project and willing to answer any questions I might have.

The experience was a good one. They were very informative prior to installation with all the questions my wife and I had. The demo of the quality of the windows was the selling point for my wife and I. Also the price for the quality of work and product was good. On the day on install the workers arrived on time and were very good with keeping the house and yard clean. They worked fast and answered my questions as the work was being done.

So far so good. Job is not completed.

Roof was replaced in two days because it rained the first day. But overall the process was easy and fast

Couldn't be happier with Power Home Remodeling Group. We have them replaced more than 30 whole house windows and sliding doors four years ago, and received a few warranty visits in the past years. From the beginning, they are very responsive and did wonderful jobs without any nonsense. This includes replacing a deteriorating window and window/door adjustments. We also have them installed a new window recently as a result of remodeling our bathroom. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly. They honor their lifetime warranty with no question asked.
