Very professional group. Wildly over priced, but I like the work they do and I'm satisfied with the results. Maybe pay more but they don't nickle and dime you, and the quality of materials seems excellent.

Kitchen and dining are fine the big bow window in living room as been changed twice and still not working first water came in now it doesn't fit proper. They are trying to fix it but has. been since May and still not right, now hopefully in November,we will see. WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

Only issue is they leave you with mess Won't help with replacing window blinds, shades etc or alarm monitors. A Problem for those not handy or able to do ladders or reach high areas. Note: other window replacement companies will include this service.

Great customer service, willing to make sure all your needs are met. Fast turnaround on scheduling and materials delivery. The install only took one day and the roof looks great. We only had to pick up a few nails here and there (there's always nails left behind), so the cleanup was the best I have seen. Quality products. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Very well. The gutters were installed when I was away and when I got home, everything was finished. The window installers were very professional and completed the job in one morning. The windows look great. Low-e coating and duraglass contribute to the energy efficiency of the windows. I highly recommend this company and when getting quotes on a project, you should include Power before making a decision.

We cancelled the estimate after reading reviews about estimates taking hours to deliver. After cancelling, they proceeded to call my husband and I daily for months. We asked them to stop and they did temporarily, then started calling repeatedly AGAIN! Apparently because we ignored the calls, they felt it was appropriate to have a representative randomly show up at our front door. After my husband said we're on the do not call list the rep replied, "but you're not on the do not knock list. The staff seem friendly, but the overwhelmingly aggressive sales push has basically ensured we will never use this company.

The sales person was courteous and personable, he was responsive to our questions and provided all the information we needed. The installers were here on time and did a good job, the only sign they'd been there were the new windows. Only down side is no project manager or supervisor came to the job site to see how things were going and when they asked to come by later they wanted both of us there.

4 hour fluff estimate, with obscene price. friendly salesman needed to be asked to leave because taking too long. nice guy just trained by power the wrong way. they obviously canvass angies list and post favorable reviews and somehow delete the bad ones. go to yelp to see what I mean. yes FOUR hours, not a typo or a joke

The crew was punctual and efficient accomplishing the work in the time frame specified. A quality analyst followed up to be sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Terrible. I called and I said what I needed. They guy took all my information and said that they have an offer to insulate the attic to fix leaks. I told them I was not interested and just wanted the solar fan installed. They advised me that they were not able to preform the work but gave me a list of things that they could do that I did not need. They kept trying to sell me stuff I didn't.

They did a great job I cannot say enough about it

They were very anxious to set up an appointment to have someone come to see if we needed work done but must have over booked in the area because they cancelled that day and never called back.

Excellent on every turn. I'm on my fourth job with them and have NEVER been disappointed. They are experts at what they do! They aren't cheap, no I won't lie, but they are worth it.

Fantastic job - The new roof is beautiful. The crew showed up on time and did a superb job, The job was completed on schedule and the crew cleaned up everything. Would definitely use again

From Nick Caravella the salesman to Danny Romero and the installers, everyone we dealt with from the company was excellent. Normally I'm very standoffish with salesmen, but we really liked everyone that was here. Nick was very thorough and took his time explaining their products. The crew were fast and very clean and did amazing work. We want Danny back when we do the doors!

I have to be honest, it's is rare that a company does EXACTLY what they promise every single step of the way. Fast, professional. Punctual, and very clean. The sales pitch was a bit long but once they are done you understand why it's important that they explain what you are buying. We felt an immediate impact on the consistency of the temperature in out home the same night they wer completed. The men were very professional and the quality assurance manager Jon was great. He followed up on every aspect of the process and was sincerely interested in our satisfaction. Overall it was a great experience. This company is top notch.
