Think of the most over-zealous car salesman ever, and apply it to the roofing industry! I'm not rating based on quality of product as I decided to not go ahead with this company. My decision is purely based on the arrogance and attitude of this company. Even when I made the initial call, I did so by explaining I had a roof leak which i needed fixed, the agent on the phone should have explained that they don't deal with repairs, but only whole roof installation. So a guy showed up at my home intent on selling me a new roof. As it turns out, a new roof is my best option but the scripted and VERY long sales approach by this firm is ridiculous. I have 2 kids under 2 and I had to endure 2 hours of presentation telling me how great they were, and how bad my roof was. I made it clear that I didn't have much time but the sales guy carried on, staying to script and checking all of his boxes. Let me state that the guy himself wasn't rude and actually seemed like a decent guy, but clearly he's been through the regimented training that Power put their guys through. He insisted on interacting with my wife when she had her hands full with the kids - I'm sure the training covers working charm on any women in the household. When I researched Power more after the sales rep had left, I saw others had similar experiences and also it because clear that the language they had been using was exactly the same. Such as when I said I'd need a few days to think it over he said "people who say that never call". He hit me with 2 discounts to sign up immediatley... but still the price was 30-40% higher than other quotes I'd had.

Tony and his son Tony were great when they came by to install 2 windows. They were a bit tardy but everything else made up for it. They were great with my dog. And they were clean and tidy. The first windonwas huge. A 3 panel picture window and they made quick work of it. The other window was a double hinged regular window. Both were original to the house old and wood. They but down drop cloths to make sure my carpet wasn't disturbed. Once they got out the old windows the new ones went in quite quickly. They finished everything up with beautiful trim and neat caulking. When they were done they removed all the garbage and swept up debris. All in all everything went great from the first contact at BJ's to the finished product.

All sales people and associates with whom I interacted, either in person or on the phone, were very polite and knowledgeable. Lengthy presentation, but very informative and thorough. Installers were very accommodating and professional. They were efficient and confident in what they were doing and did a great job. The site was left very clean with no debris remaining. Everyone involved did a wonderful job. I am satisfied with the quality of the work done. My expectations for the energy efficiency of the door is high. I will, however, amend this review if I find evidence otherwise.

So far so good. Still working on project due to weather. Company always checks. to make sure everything was going well and we were happy. Would recommend this company

The sales guys were very thorough and insured we got things completed the correct way. Our project manager communicated with us constantly. Despite being short a man, the crew was still able to complete the project in a professional and timely manner.

I was very happy with the presentation of the product which made me want to use them to replace my windows. The field marketer to the installers were very knowledgeable and professional as well as very courteous. They did an excellent job of installing the windows and cleaning up afterwards. I was so happy with them I decided to get the rest of my windows replaced. I would use them for other services they provide.

The team was great to work with, punctual and very professional. At the first meeting Andy took his time to educate us on the materials that would be used and the positive effects they would have on the house. The warranty is a great feature that will add lasting value to our home. The quality of the work is phenomenal.

Very professional job was done. The new windows and doors gave the house a totally new look. The men who installed everything were very professional. They cleaned up after every job and were very punctual and efficient. You only pay once the job is complete and after you have been able to check that all the installations are to your satIsfaction. Our house is very old so there was a lot to do regarding framing of doors and windows. Some of the windows were very big and they turned them into framed picture windows - it’s like looking at a picture. The glass has a tint of silver so the rooms are very bright allowing for the sun to shine in. Beautiful job and would highly recommend this company to others.

Salesman was beyond obnoxiously pushy and would NOT leave ( I have since then, talked to other friends and coworkers in different towns who have also had the same experience with their salesman, so I am guessing it is a company procedure) The work was initially done and on my final inspection, I could clearly and easily see the work was not installed well. The caulking was so overused, sloppy and unprofessional, I made them come back and redo it, which they did, and again upon final inspection they still had done a sloppy job with the caulking. The metal that they wrap around my outside window casing just flat out looks dirty and cheap. MASSIVE BUYERS's REMORSE

Professional in every regard. Received a great presentation on product. Received a quote, not an estimate. It did not change. Great follow up appointment done pre-installation. Crew was efficient and courteous during installation. Follow up appointment with quality assurance rep two days after. Very professional.

It was a wonderful and professional experience. Anthony was our sales representative and he was informative and helpful. He was willing and able to answer all of my questions. Throughout the project ALL of the representatives that I spoke to were helpful and professional. I was notified every step of the way what to expect. It was a 3 day project and each day the workers showed up on time, cleaned up and worked throughout the day. The project manager, Mike, contacted me each morning to check if I had questions and update me about the project. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had getting work done on my home.
