Plus the final inspection with Juan. The team at Power was awesome. We can not say enough good things about them. They showed us their products and materials which were very impressive. The salesman came Chris really nice guy. They started the job we are halfway done it looks great. Sam quality control fringe the company came to check be sure everything was going well. Everyone has been polite respectful and professional. Looking forward to seeing it completed

From the initial contact, I was given a thorough explanation of what was to be done, and what to expect if I chose Power. I was sold on power from the initial presentation. There was no pressure whatsoever. Just facts products review and professionalism. The workers were very respectful of my property and completed the work impeccably. I would recommend Power for any project you may need on your home. They treated my home as if it was there own.

DO NOT USE this company! They installed our door on rotted wood, did not caulk, seal or insulate! The company made it very clear that this is their standard practice. They only replace doors & windows it does NOT matter what the condition of the material they are installing over. I had to pay another contractor to come out and fix the door and they refused to reimburse me. * Update the cost of the other contractor was $2000 plus materials but they will only reimburse me $1000. I was in communication with a VP in the installation department who was very responsive at first but has not responded to my calls or texts since 10/25, it’s now 11/4. On 1/30/2023 someone finally came to my house to inspect everything. They asked me to give them 1 week & they would be back in touch with me on 2/6 with a resolution. After multiple calls after 2/6 someone finally returned my call on 2/15 without a resolution & called back on 2/16 to tell me they would send me a $1000. EVERY penny I have spent with this company has been an absolute waste of money! I am close to $30,000 in debt with this company and I regret having them work on my house!!!!

I cannot in good conscience recommend Power. We spent well over six figures on our project and every installation had issues. You are paying a premium, but not for peace of mind. We were very thorough with our questions for inspection, taken so much time to be active players and accommodating for everyone who was working on the project. We understand hiccups happen. But Every. Single. Project. Things were either missing, areas were left undone, unsealed, roof vents were installed in the wrong place, parts to a sliding door were missing, materials taken off the property before project completed, scratches cuts and dents on doors due to demo, deep scratches on installed trim, and RECENTLY a big piece of trim falling off the front of our house right before the holidays. I have been incredibly patient and have held off saying anything because I understand mistakes happen and we are all human. The frequency of miscommunication, disorganization, and lack of attention to details is disheartening. We’re disappointed and every action has leaned towards this as a great mistake verses a rewarding investment.

Power is a reliable, professional, and excellent home remodeling company that I would recommend to anyone. They installed my roof in the specified timeframe and they job was done beautifully!
