Garrett, of Rescue 1, came within the stated time. He inspected the areas around my house and treated the entire outside for the wasps that were nesting in the shrubs.

Came out within a day of me contacting them and did a fantastic job on our wasp removal. We haven't seen any wasps since!

We had a problem with rodents / wildlife in the attic. After trying to eliminate the problem on our own, we finally reached out to Rescue 1. Chris responded immediately to learn about our problem and offer his services. He was curteous and did not beat around the bush. He was able to send Steve to our house within a few days, which was acceptable to us. Steve was very knowledgeable in regards to what he was looking for, and most importantly, listened to us and our concerns with the rodent problem. He did a very thorough inspection of our house, and addressed all the problems at hand. Steve also was a joy, as he was a funny guy, making us feel at ease with our stressful situation. Steve respected our home, was clean, and picked up after himself. The price was reasonable we thought. We would call Rescue 1 again for any future problems.

The timing was perfect. Garrett called soon after I applied online. He made an appointment for the following day and was right on time. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable. To my relief, the hornets are all gone! As far as the cost, I didn't know about the bidding.

He was running a bit late traveling from a Job in E. Hartford (which we are over an hour away from) due to traffic; called to apologize for running late and gave a new arrival time, which he hit on the dot. Very friendly, possessed acute knowledge of the white-faced hornets and yellow jackets and he performed the job with professionalism. Upon payment, he had a receipt into our inbox within 5 minutes. Will use his services again and will let others in area know about this company also.
