real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreRyan Fehrs was hired by Rocket Mortgage to complete an appraisal for our home. He made several mistakes with the appraisal which seriously undervalued our home. For example, he compared our home to one which is on a state highway, while we are in a private, gated community, and he said we had the same traffic patterns. He also got the incorrect square footage for a comparable home on our street and due to that made a miscalculation of the value per square footage. He used this incorrect value per square footage when calculating the value of our home. When Rocket Mortgage brought this to his attention he refused to rectify the situation, he admitted that he made a mistake but he refused to update the appraisal. I would never recommend this individual for doing business with.
