Perfect. They arrived on the day they said they would. They said they'd arrive before 2pm and they arrived before 11am. My wife was home and they talked to her. The tank hadn't been pumped in a while, but there were no problems. I had already dug out the tank lid. I chose to do that because I knew where it was, it was easy, and they charge if it's more than 12 inches deep. They were the lowest price (so I think I got more than my money's worth), and someone else gave them a good Angie's List rating, so I picked them. They offered to come in a couple of days. But I wanted to dig out the lid and was going to be away on the weekend so I scheduled it for later; otherwise they'd have come right away.

THIS COMPANY SHOCKED MY BY ARRIVING ON TIME. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK AND MADE SURE NOTHING WAS LEFT OUT OF PLACE WHEN THEY WERE DONE. WE'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY.
