Description of Work: $99 chimney cleaning was done by Kyle - most thorough cleaning done ever!! Used various length brushes and actually cleaned the whole chimney. Chimney repair- removed 9 bricks which were loose, replaced and cemented the bricks back into place with industrial strength cement. Explained the whole process. fixed other minor problems in the fire box. Should not haver any other issues with the firebox ever! Very professional, prompt and friendly

Description of Work: Chimney sweep. The workers showed up when they said they would and were very polite. They were literally there for 10 minutes. I'm sure they did a fine job, however, $99 to vacuum my chimney for 10 minutes seems a little pricey.

Description of Work: Two young men came to the house. They were extremely polite. They called to ask if they may come ahead of time since their schedule was moving along faster than they had anticiapted. ( in the past I have had people just show up when it worked for them vs. hours designated , thus, I was grateful for their profesionalism & respect of my time. ) I was willing & happy to have them arrive earlier than they had planned. One man cleaned the fireplace which was quite dirty form this past winter. the other man asked to go onto the roof & take a look.He made some minor suggestions that I might want to consider down the line, was not pushy at all.
