I am very pleased with the renovation of my deck. Employees were very polite and professional. Work completed in a timely manner as specified in contract. Would definitely hire this company in future projects.

The entire experience was excellent. I got a phone call almost immediately after filling out the form, the consultant that came by was very casual and did not force or pressure anything, the price was perfect, the crew that came by to install the new siding was a great group of guys (I bought them lunch). The only regret I have is that I only have one house to put vinyl siding on.

We had a monster of an old rotting deck to tear down and replace. We went from old rotting lumber to a beautiful composite deck. The crew did an amazing job from start to finish. When we had questions during the build and called the office Joe, the owner came out to us and personally walked around the site with my husband to answer questions. He could have just called back but he went the extra mile to actually see us and see the work to make sure everything was all right. We have other projects to complete around our house and will be using them again. We were very happy with their service.

Joe was a pleasure to work with, beginning to end. The work crew did a great job on the siding, and the Crew Chief answered all of our questions as we went along. As should be expected with this type of job, there was some damage to planting beds alongside the house, but it was minimal. Clean-up each day was exemplary. A few small concerns did arise, but were immediately addressed by Joe, and corrected to our complete satisfaction by the crew. We love our "new" home, and highly recommend Joe and all the Nu-Face crew. Thank you!

The team that was sent out to do the siding was exceptional. Those kids worked their tails off. They did a magnificent job. They were knowledgeable, polite and professional. The gutter guy was quick and did a great job. On the whole, the house looks brand-new!

The workers were very respectful of us and our property. They worked hard and took short breaks. They gladly answered all my questions. Cleanup at the end of the project was more than adequate. Overall, the job was done well, but there were a couple of areas that could have benefited by more attention to detail. Additionally, there are a couple of places on the vinyl siding that may be defects. These should have been noticed by the workers. The shutters were ordered with the wrong sizes, and I was the one that noticed it. The correct shutters were reordered and all ended well. Thats fine. However, I was not happy with the fact that they covered over one of my gable vents. I didnt realize it until it was done and when I asked about it, I was told that they didnt make the right size. I was also told there would be no problem. That may well be, but someone should have discussed this with me before they blocked off the vent. I was also not happy with the way the electrical mast was dealt with. It doesnt look like a professional job in my estimation. I have seen many houses that have been re-sided and I have yet to see one where the electrical mast was handled in the way it was on my house.

Nu-Face just completed a roof and window replacement. Both were done professionally, with a fair price and right on time. Excellent company to do business.

When we were searching for the right people to do our viny siding we were very pleased to see all the great reviews Nu face had and Joe the owner was very personable. When we were ready to do the siding they were quick to come out (without any notice of when they would actually start) they ripped the old siding off and in the process destroyed all of our flower beds in the front of the house and just decided to cut another bush in the back down to the stump without permission. They made a huge mess with all the nails and large staples they came off the house. They left a ton of garbage when it was completed and never hung up shutters that we had ordered and paid for already. And lastly, they broke our outside water faucet nozzle and never said a word to us, they just let it spray and leak all down the side of the house and into the finished basement. When we called to inform them of what was happening they refused to take any responsibility for what had happened or to send anyone out to even see the damage they had caused. They say they are all about customer satisfaction but when it comes to actually owning up and admitting a mistake was made they just backed away and left the customer who just spent thousands of dollars on their company to then clean up the mess they created. Very disappointed in this business now.

Communication was excellent, they provided good value for what we needed, scheduled us and completed the job quickly. We would consider them for future projects.

They did a phenomenal job with the installation of our windows and siding. They went above and beyond with their work. Our house looks like a brand new house.
