Everyone was friendly and easy to communicate with. The office staff kept us apprised of our material status and the install was scheduled shortly after the delivery. Very reasonable prices and good quality products. I would recommend NuFace for home improvement projects.

We had our shower replaced. Starting from the signing of the contract to completion of the work, everything was done thoroughly and professionally. We were so pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Nu-Face replaced all of our windows and we also had them install new vinyl siding. From start to finish they were professional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Clean and quick with quality installation. Will use them again to replace our slider doors.

My husband and I needed the door that leads from our family room to our deck updated. We had a very old wood door and it was not appealing to the eye. I finally convinced him to have it changed. Nu-Face had someone come out quickly to take a look at the job and give us a price. I want to say I was originally going to purchase a door on my own and my husband told me don't do it as I know nothing about quality of doors. I am glad I waited. This door is amazing. The men who came out to do the install we absolutely amazing. They were very professional and pleasant. I was also impressed at how quickly they were finished. Most times when you hire professionals to come to your home to do a job, they leave a mess. These men cleaned up after they were done. I didn't have to do a thing. We were so impressed with the job we sat and admired this door for hours. I have another door I need to have done in the New Year, and I will be hiring them to replace this door as well.

Good experience with three new windows and two storm door installs.

Nu-Face was great in every way. From the initial conversations to the work that was meticulously done, we were very please with everything. They were very tidy and worked quickly and efficiently.

Our experience with Nu-Face was one of the best experiences that I have EVER had in home repair and installation. From the moment we met Anthony, the youngest family member , we felt like this family run company had something special to offer. They did not disappoint!! We came to Nu-Face in desperation, not only for new windows, but to help with a previous window issue that had taken over 2 years to resolve. It was so difficult to find someone willing to take on the labor of a warrantied basic sash replacement. Nu-Face to the rescue! The replacement window waited over 2 years for install and when the day came, the warrantied window replacement DID NOT FIT! Anne, a blessing behind the phone at Nu-Face, and owner Joe, promised us help in getting this done, took charge and worked directly with the company to get a new window sent, even after a 2.5 year delay on the warranty. I felt like they made the impossible, possible. Not only did they get a new widow delivered, they called me to check on it's arrival and to set up an install date. Communication and follow-up is top notch! Dave and crew installed this and other windows and their work was impeccable, they were very neat and tidy, and so very helpful in our matter. So if you are considering home remodeling and installations, you should ONLY consider Nu-Face! This family run business exudes company pride, from every worker I met, and they stand behind their word and their work! It's a great company with very fair prices for beautiful work! I will always chose Nu-Face for any home repair /remodel/install that they offer.

The crew was awesome and worked 12 hour days to finish the job. Ann in the office helped me decide on a color scheme ( she was very patient with me because it took me a while to decide. ) lol Very pleased with the company overall. It was a bit more expensive than I wanted but everything I ordered was special order I think. Love, Love, Love my house now!!!
