Did a great job! Did some siding work,replaced 3 windows and installed gutter guards all in a very timely and professional manner!

Joe is great, but his bathroom crew is not. I had a tub removed and a shower installed. They came late, skipped a day, installed the faucet backward and I'm still waiting for a shower handle to be installed. The glue is very visible and they damaged the ceiling when installing the trim. What I was told would take a day and a half took a week. Joe did his best to make me happy, but he wasn't the one doing the job.

Nu Face installed a range of replacement windows on our house over the last 6 months. We had spaced out the project over the year to ease the costs. Joe was really helpful and discussed everything with me in detail throughout. It was a large project and I had a lot of questions but he was really patient and answered all my points. The really good thing is how straight and honest he is, you really can take him at his word. For me that is invaluable. I would absolutely recommend Nu Face if you are considering a project like this. They are approachable and helpful and will stand by their work. That is very reassuring.

Joe was super friendly and accommodating. He worked around my busy schedule to talk through my options for a roof, was knowledgeable and fairly priced. His team came in and were efficient and made sure no scraps or debris were around the perimeter of the house. I will definitely be looking for them as my wife and I plan other projects around our home.

New Roof and Gutters. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with Nu-Face, which was later even recognized by the Owner, Joe. During our initial consultation, we were shown numerous pictures of the types of tarps and different mechanisms that would be used in removal of the old roof to prevent damages, as well as the high-quality new roofing materials. Joe came to the initial meeting himself and was quite the salesman. We decided to use Nu-Face (even though they were $3,000 more expensive than other quotes) because we were won over by their alleged expertise, high-quality service, homeowner protection, etc. This was not the case. During roof removal, the protection system that we were shown never utilized. To protect our home, deck, and landscaping, Nu-Face simply draped cheap (and mostly torn) tarps you would find at Harbor Freight. These tarps were not attached to the house but simply and carelessly draped over shrubs, rose bushes, etc. When we arrived home on the first day of construction we were shocked at the state of the house. Multiple window screens were torn, all the shrubbery and plants in front of our house were crushed, there was debris and screws/nails all over the driveway and yard (even into our neighbor's yard). Our brand-new deck was not even covered with tarps and as a result the paint was scraped off in multiple locations and our attic was full of tar and debris. We had to have multiple conversations with Joe to get them to come clean-up and then again to get them to remove the dumpster from our driveway. Although Joe was very responsive to our concerns during and after construction to fix the mistakes, it still took far longer than it should have if they had simply done the job as they had sold us on. A job that should have been 2 days got dragged into multiple weeks since we had to keep going back and forth. We are still collecting nails and screws out of our yard to this day (almost a month after the job was done). The price was not worth the aggravation as we would have hired Joe-Nobody if we wanted a shoddy job and we would have saved a ton of money. An apology post-card was later sent to us by Nu-Face admitting the work was sub-par, but it was too little too late (and a Visa gift card doesn't cover the hassle they caused). Would not recommend.

The crew that did the work worked two entire days with the temperatures in the 90's. They were dedicated to getting the job done. Cleanup was thorough and complete. A job well done.

Although to look at my deck it appears to look very nice, look closer and you'll see exposed screws and nails. I asked for new lattice around the bottom and they ended up using my old lattice because it wasn't ordered. I asked to simply move my clothesline post from the back corner of the deck to the front corner and that never happened, they tried to use 2 partial boards to make my top step and it took nearly a month to fix it. The owner was rude, and even though I told them multiple times to not put anything in my garden the workers did and when I got mad that's when I was loudly told to let them finish the job and then they would fix anything after. I will hire someone else to come in and fix the exposed screws and nails.

New roof and repair rear & renail siding on rear of home. Definitely great having them do the job! Good workers, friendly and reasonably neat cleaning up. Couldn't be more satisfied and the best thing was the cost of the job! Totally reasonable and well within our budget and actually cost well under what we had expected based on other given estimates. 5 *****s and well done! G and J

We now have a bright, beautiful kitchen thanks to the work done by Nu Face. Staff was great to work with, and perfectionists in getting the various jobs done. The remodel involved rebuilding some cabinets, refacing, installing new countertop and backsplash - the attention to details was most appreciated, and the end result is proof. So glad to have hired Nu -Face!

We got a new roof put on house. Joe made everything super simple and took care of everything. The whole job was done in 1 day and came out great.

From the time they came in to quote the job to the time they left from completing the job I was completely satisfied. They were in great communication in the process to complete the job. They called after to make sure everything was good and sent a thank you in the mail.

A little more expensive. But worth for convenience

We stripped and installed an asphalt shingle roof. I thought the entire experience, from sales to service was pleasant, and comfortable. On install day, the installers didn’t pay attention to my plants at first, but then responded to my requests to be more careful around them. The crew was otherwise professional, and clean. They stripped and installed our roof in 1 day. I’d use them again for other projects.

I cannot say enough about Joe DeCiuceis and Nu-Face Home Improvements. Recently, our old deck was taken down and replaced with a brand new one, in a matter of three days! Kudos to Alfredo and his whole team of "deck dudes" who neatly stacked all of the debris and removed it quickly and completely, by the end of the project. We look forward to entertaining and spending many happy hours on the "little slice of heaven" in our back yard. Shortly after deck completion, our kitchen received a "face lift." The cabinets were refaced, and the old sink and counter top were replaced with new granite and a recessed sink. Everything from selecting the laminate color, door style and other components were given careful consideration, and we were shown many options from which to choose. When renovations got underway, we found we were in the capable hands of Tony and Roger, two craftsmen who made what could have been a less-than-pleasant experience, fun and enjoyable! We appreciate the time they took to ensure our satisfaction with the project, and our once-dark and closed-in kitchen, is now bright and welcoming. When old sink disconnect and new sink reconnect took place, we were treated to Franco, another competent and caring individual who made sure everything was done properly, and with good humor to boot! I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge Trish, the "voice" of Nu-Face, whose phone calls were professional and pleasant. We shared many laughs in the course of conducting business, another plus for Nu-Face. I guess you could say that my experience with Nu-Face Home Improvements was "stellar," and I highly recommend Joe and the gang when looking for updating and refreshing your home! Thanks for coming into our home to make it even more special than we hoped it would be.
