Jim Bridgewater returned my call within two hours and arrived the next morning to service my air conditioner. Of course, the "whistling" I had described to him was not happening when he arrived. Jim took the time to investigate the problem and was able to determine the cause and fix it in less than two hours. He was very professional, polite and conscientious - everything I could hope for! I would definitely hire Jim again!

EXCELLENT JOB. Jim was on time and worked very efficiently and within the quote he gave us. He did not disturb us and was very neat . We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jim for all your furnace ad AC needs. He replaced our furnace 2 years ago and did a great job. Over 10 yrs ago he installed our central air . We would never consider anyone else for installation and repairs.

Jim came to my house to give me an estimate for the installation of Central Air Conditioning at my house. From the first moment he conducted himself very professional and was not the typical salesman. He answered all my questions. I did not decided right away if I was going to hire his company. I then met other contractors and that definetly help me decide that I wanted Bridgeworks to do the work. But before I did that I checked some of their references. They spoke very highly of them. I signed a contract, Jim and his son Kyle did the work. Exactly how they said it. They had everything running within the time frame they gave me. They did an excellent job. They were very easy to work with, very friendly and very reasonable. I highly recommennd them and will hire them again. As a matter of fact they are going to be doing some work for me in the fall.

They inspected all components of the system throughly and provided a thorough and clear explanation of the situaution, as well as short and long term solutions and estimates for each.

Now that we have gone through both a heating and cooling season, I have had the chance to fully evaluate the job. The system works great for both heating and cooling -- very reliable, quiet, and with excellent and even distribution of heat in winter and a/c in summer. Also, the installation process was great; they were very pleasant and professional, taking a real interest in what I wanted accomplished, and presenting clear explanations about options to get the best results.
