Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. I had been saving for this project for over a year and had been geeking out in my avid research (Thanks Internet!) of products available, reviews and costs, as well as the reputation and reliability of local heating and plumbing contractors. I knew what I wanted, I just needed to stay within my budget and find a contractor I could trust. It is therefore, my pleasure to let others know, on the same web review sites that I referred to, how overwhelming pleased I am to have worked with Bruce Williams and his team. They skillfully removed and installed the heating system in a day, took pride in their work and took the time to explain the new system and to fully answer all my questions. Bruce and Bill clearly like what they do for a living, have great people skills and work very well together. I was able to get the very best of products and still come well under budget. I cannot thank these guys enough! Honest, Professional and Reliable! My dusty, unfinished basement with my new Viessmann boiler, Carlin burner and HTP indirect fired water heater is now my favorite part of the house!

Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!

Williams was very competitively priced and answered all my questions promptly. I had him add a few things that others had quoted me that Bruce didn’t originally include. I liked that I could have financed with him too through his quoting software. I didn’t end up doing that but it was a good option I thought.

Over priced. Had three problems, made many calls but they would not answer and then blocked my number. I had to hire another contractor to fix my problems. Don’t hire this company !

My husband and I received price quotes for the exact same Crown 3 section oil fired boiler installation, from our oil company and Williams & Associates. Williams & Associates was just shy of $2400.00 less than our oil companies price quote for the exact same boiler install. A significant price difference.

Williams and Assoc. They came on time. Replaced a furnace and oil tank. They left the areas cleaner then when they got there.Their price was reasonable,and they were polite and took time to answer all our questions . I would hire them again in a minute. Very professional,Work was outstanding

Pick these guys and forget the others! They are very honest. That's one of the major reasons I hired them. They'll tell you what you need to know and what's best for your particular situation without all sorts of up-sells, service add-ons, or unneeded repairs. They're also willing to say "I don't know but I'll check" which is much better than some know-it-all type. You usually get a better outcome from that kind of attitude anyway. Very honest, quality, and fair priced work! I'd hire them again.

Bruce presented several options for a new boiler not just a single option as had the other contractors from the lowest cost to the most efficient system. As an engineer myself, I evaluated his systems and went with the most efficient, choice was as much a reason to use Bruce as was his knowledge of the systems he presented.. His work effort and attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend him.

Bruce installed a new furnace for us. It was a pleasure to work with him! He was a neat professional that I highly recommend!! He was available if we had an adjustment to the hot water and extremely knowledgeable. He is our go to person now!! I'm so happy we chose Williams & Associates!!
