I can't say enough great things about the professionalism and quality of service! I highly recommended this company. The quote process was actually done by owner Mike, who is an amazing individual. Prices are more than fair for such high quality work. All gutters were replaced in one day. Process was quick, work quality, workers professional, and they did a great job cleaning up. Down spouts went farther that we previously had past foundation, which I am beyond grateful for. We needed one thing tweaked, sent an email, next day it was fixed no questions asked. We had such an amazing experience we will be purchasing the gutter covers before fall. Thank you so much to Mike and his fantastic team!

Work was performed in a timely manor. Had a couple of rain delays but to be expected. The two guys that did the work were personable and professional. Took about a week total (minus the rain days) to complete the job. They cleaned up everyday and took debris with them. I did find a couple of nails & screws after the fact but overall clean up was fine. Love the fact that the business is Veteran owned. One of the reasons I went with them.

The job went very well. The 2 man installer team arrived on time for both scheduled days. Quality of work was excellent. They cleaned up and left maintenance supplies, but absolutely insisted for me to simply call them and they would be back to fix or repair any item. Their attitudes were 100% professional. Customer service is extremely important to this firm and it's installation team. A primary reason I selected this firm was gutters and downspouts are their specialty. I highly recommend this firm.

It worked out pretty well although I ended up spending a lot more than that because I ended up getting the protection for over the top that stops you from getting like stems and stuff like that and leaves in your gutter. I ended up getting a much larger downspout and they let me use their ladder to paint the facial where they were putting the gutter on the top level so that I could paint underneath before they put it on and it came out really well, I'm very happy with it.

The owner was extremely helpful, courteous and professional in all the communications and services required, and his crew did an outstanding job. GUtter Pro should be a must-contact for future gutter-roofing needs.

So far, very well. (Work has been scheduled. Will update when completed.) Michael was one of three contractors contacted for the replacement of the gutters on our small summer cottage. Even though this is a comparatively small job, Michael still came to present a proposal. (One contractors was a "no show",) We preferred his gutter design over the popular one so we agreed to have him do the work. The contract was signed late on a Wednesday and we are scheduled for the work to be done early next week, depending on the weather. Very happy so far. Will update at completion of work.

CT Gutter Pro were excellent! They went above and beyond the repairs I thought I needed. They made the repairs, made needed adjustments, replaced rotten areas with new materials, where needed, made recommendations for other changes that would increase the lifespan of my gutter system. When I thought I still had a problem they came back and helped me to resolve a problem that was unrelated to the work they did. They were excellent I would call them again and I will recommend them to others.

The new gutters look fantastic. The old system was constantly clogged and Mike explained how new/larger downspouts would be much easier to maintain. The installers were professional and courteous, arrived on time, and cleaned up after the job was complete. They were done in one day, working through one of the hottest days this summer.

Excellent job. Wonderful to work with. Prompt, courteous, professional. There were a few old gutters around. They disposed of them. The house looks great. They were done in one day. They kept me updated on the day they were coming. The first day it rained. He called me immediately and explained they can't work in the rain, but it looked good for tomorrow. Sure enough, tomorrow they were here putting up the gutters.

I thought everything was fine, until the painters told me that my gutters were nailed into rotten wood.

The service turned out good. They were very responsive and they came, but my house was bigger than what I bought for so they just did partial because that is what I paid for. What I didn't care for is that they left a note saying they did part of the house, but I never knew what part. It was a note stuck on the door, instead of a phone call. It rained the other day, and the water runs so it seems like they did a good job. I didn't pay extra because they called me and said it would be another $300 so I said no. They did what I paid for, and I told them that I would like the back of the house done first so I think they did that because I can't reach the back of the house. They responded right away, they just didn't respond at the end. They made my appointment right away, they were busy but they came early, it was just the response after the fact. I would use them in the future, and I would call and say I would like more communication in the end.

I moved into a home recently that had not been lived in for over 2 years. I wanted to get the gutters checked out by some professionals and saw that CT Gutter Pros were running a special on Angie's List. I purchased the special and was contacted within a couple hours by Jane at CT Gutter Pros and she got everything scheduled for me. We had to cancel once for weather but Jane kept me in the loop as to when they would be able to come out to the house and they were able to schedule me pretty quickly. The service was great and they cleaned all the leaves out and took them with them when they left!

Showed up when promised and completed the job with no issues. We were very pleased with the workmanship. We had purchased a deal and there was no pressure to buy more services than the coupon was for.

They did a nice job. Clean, friendly, efficient.

I was not home when the work was completed. I can confirm the work was done, because I looked into the gutters before and after the date they were supposed to work on the gutters. They cleaned up all debris before leaving.

The young man did a thorough job, left the site tidy, and confirmed with my husband that he was satisfied with the job. We were completely satisfied with the work performed and the cost of the service.

I had no issues at all. The fellow who did the estimate provided it earlier in spring, but said he couldn't do the work until the birds that had nested in my gutters had finished with their hatchlings. I appreciated that he didn't want to kill the birds in the process of cleaning my gutters and I was fine waiting. They came back in the summer to do the work. I had no problems, they made no mess nor missed any details. The new covers have been great and I haven't had any problems such as overrunning gutters, access by birds and the like.
