James Thompson and his crew did a great job. They had to first remove the rug on the stairs to the second floor as well as fix one of the stairs under the rug. The stairs had to be sanded and at the same time they installed hardwood flooring in my entire upstairs hallway. The 3 coats of polyurethane had to be applied to the stairs over those 3 days and looks great now. I am very happy with his work and his price was very fair.

Like the owner said he'd on the job with his staff, he really was! His price was great, he even helped my brother move some things, excellent work. I will have him back to do my bedrooms. I didn't have anywhere to put the furnature for him to do while house at same time. Very evenly coated. Very clean, and I love the satin look

James Thompson and his crew did an excellent job. They even listened to me when i asked them not to smoke around our home. They put down a subfloor and installed hardwood flooring with three coats of urethane throughout the home. The price was reasonable. The work was excellent. If i hadn't had to put cardboard over every single inch to protect the beautiful floor I never would have noticed the very few slightly less than perfect spots. (this is almost inevitable when polyurethaning a floor). Due to the fact this was/ is a new construction, the timing of the job was not in Mr. Thompson's control. When we could get him onto the site, he came and did the work. I am very happy with his work. I also appreciate that he works with his crew and doesn't simply administrate from afar.

Jim and his crew were just awesome.. We were expecting just to refinish floors when we discovered that the previous sanding had left little to resand. Jim and his crew were fast to replace the floor as swell as refinish other ares in short order. I would highly recommend Jim and his team. they were honest, straigh forward with us and did a n awesome job..
