Description of Work: we had several appointments with them. each time they failed to show up. when I contacted them, the owner said that they had been very busy and had lost my address. I gave it to him again, but I do not believe they ever showed up. Owner apparently does not do the work himself.

Description of Work: They installed new gutters and downspouts and replaced some fascia on the house. They did an excellent job - everything looks and works great. They were punctual, courteous, and helpful as well as professional, and did not try to talk me in to anything that I did not want or need. It was a real pleasure working with them - would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I left the time open, and was contacted by Mike last week. His crew arrived promptly, did an efficient job, pointed out that the downspouts were completely clogged, and with my permission, they replaced them ($80 extra for that, quite fair). The 2 guys were very polite and friendly and it all went well.
