We had some problems with parts that were ordered, but once we got past that he came in and performed the task at hand in a professional manner. That was what I needed, to get the work done.

I called Paul, and he came out to check out the problem. He had to order the parts, and came back to install them. Excellent work, easy to talk to...Thank You!!

I was convinced by someone that I had problem with my boiler leaking, I called Paul and he came right out and quickly stated he did not see a problem with a boiler, but did see some suet so he offered (not pushed) to clean the boiler we agreed and was done quickly and easily. BUT after wet vacing the flood an was still convinced it was a boiler issue for other reasons Paul came out and still assured me it wasn't a boiler I was convinced he was wrong so after much clean up ... He was right. He said before he left don't let someone charge you for a boiler you do not need! Great job!

Hardest working man I've ever seen. He determined there was a roof leak that might have caused our problem, and came back on a Saturday to repair that. His pricing was extremely fair, could have charged much more. Very personable.

I needed a furnace cleaning to make it more efficient and all the steps to clean the furnace that were done by my oil supplier were done by this contractor at half the price! Explained all the steps in cleaning, very knowledgeable, very conscious about cleanup after the job was done.

Honest and fair

Did not resolve my boiler issue. Called back on two seperate occasions and had arrainged for another visit,but never showed up i am out of nearly 300 hundred dollars and continue with same boiler issues.
