We used Angi’s list to hire Bug Zapper after discovering that we had some mice droppings in our basement and under our sunroom. Bobby arrived promptly and we were really impressed with his knowledge and his years of experience. He was polite and respectful. If you have issues with rodents we highly recommend recommending this company!!

Very thorough ? appreciated the number of bait stations and preventive measures? even going into dark dank crawlspaces! And knowing there is a return visit to check on the how the bait traps are working. Found nesting areas in our attic crawlspace?what I don?t get to find out was what to do with them, as we ran out of bait traps

Bug Zapper responded promptly, explained the process and why. They were able to come out in a couple of days. Our mouse problem was resolved in a couple of days later. Reasonable price. I would highly recommend Bug Zapper.

Came.today to get rid a mice problem going at home. Showed up on time and worked the problem really quickly. Walked us through the processes by explaining everything that was going on. 100% would call back!

Bobby, the owner and chief bug-zapper, was extremely knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We had an infestation of yellow jackets in our wall. He zapped them with his equipment and eradicated the wasps completely. He also gave us advice on controlling mice, and even gabe us six traps free of charge. Excellent experience.

Promptly callled back and fit me in his busy schedule without any issues. Gave me a time and called saying he is going to be little. My issues were wasp and he was ready to attack. In less than an hour, nest was gone and my life is back to normal. Robert was friendly and explained the process. I give them five stars and would recommend him to everyone. He is my pest guy from this day forward.

Courteous and professional

Great job. Robert first assessed our issue with yellowjackets. He set up his equipment, sprayed with powder and liquid, and cleaned up. He explained that the majority of yellowjackets would be unalived in 2 to 3 days, and if they persisted to call him back and he would respray. Would hire again if needed. Great experience.
