 + -1 moreOur interview went very well. We signed a contract that accurately detailed what we wanted to do. The work started and ended in the promised time frame. The quality of the work is what sets it apart. We have lived in the space for a year and a half now. The first thing we noticed was the quiet. The addition is well insulated. We've been through all the New England seasons including much snow and rain. There were no leaks and no drafts. Our heating fuel consumption was less than expected. The contractor came up with several innovative suggestions during the project that did not add to the overall cost. We will use him again without hesitation.
Description of Work: We interviewed several builders/contractors for our home addition. I learned about William Moran Builders, LLC from our local bank manager. Our project included 710 sq ft living space addition (master bedroom, master bath and media room plus a second floor deck. We also decided to reside the entire house in cedar shingle, add central air conditioning and upgrade our electrical service.
