Budget Dry waterproofed my basement quite a few years ago. Since then, I called them back to install a seam to prevent radon gas from being trapped; it s common in mountainous regions. They took care of the job efficiently to prevent me from having a radon crew do the work. Chris Florio and AJ were pleasant and very helpful.

We were pleased with our dealings with Budget Proof and specifically the personnel that we dealt with for the installation of our moisture control system. The sales representative Tom did a thorough job, scheduling with Brianna went smoothly and timely. The billing and contract process was flexible despite a few gyrations due to changes in the final design configuration. Maximum kudos to our installer Vinnie who offered on the spot answers to questions and work arounds to generate the most convenient location for our moisture control unit.

Workers showed up on time, were very professional, walked me through the work that was done. Work was completed within the estimated timeframe.

Corrected dampness and condensation in a crawl space by installing a vapor barrier, removing damaged joist insulation, and installing a dehumidifier. All contacts and scheduling was timely and professional. Originally scheduled as a two day job, their four man crew easily completed it in one day. The area looks great and all debris was cleaned up and removed. Hopefully the system will perform as advertised and remedy the condensation problem; time will tell.

Install basement drainage and pump. They first installed the wrong type of drainage, not what I was promised (I wanted a grate flush with the floor, instead got a lip sticking up across the middle of the basement floor). I pointed this out to the supervisor during the work but he insisted he was right and finished job his way. Had to call the office to straighten this out. They sent another team a few days later to jackhammer out the first installation and put in the right one. So I do give them credit for acknowledging the problem and fixing it in a timely manner.

Very professional, prompt, and finished their job in less time than expected. Cleaned up the entire area after the job was finished. Overall extremely happy using Budget Dry!

They ran interior piping to a sump pit. They had to break up the floor install the piping. Install a sump pump pit so the water was pumped outside. Then recement the trench. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them. I have had two different crews doing the work and both did an outstanding job.
