From the gentleman who came out to assess the problem and provide an estimate, to the office staff who kept me informed of the progress of my job and to Chris Florio who ultimately repaired the foundation crack in my basement, everyone was professional, courteous, efficient, and great to work with. They first installed the wrong type of drainage, not what I was promised (wanted a grate flush with the floor, instead got a lip sticking up across the middle of the basement floor). I pointed this out to the supervisor during the work but he insisted he was right and finished job his way. Had to call the office to straighten this out. They sent another team a few days later to jackhammer out the first installation and put in the right one. So I do give them credit for acknowledging the problem and fixing it in a timely manner. Will have to wait for the first heavy rain to see if it drains properly.

From my initial call to the completion of the job, this was one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had. They were well prepared to discuss all of our options, courteous, professional and on time. We had a drain installed, a whole basement dehumidifier and new bilco doors installed. They did everything they promised and the technicians were polite and very professional. One of the doors arrived with a scratch and we didn't even have to ask. A new door was ordered and installed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Tom arrived promptly at the scheduled time, was very professional, offered me several options and discussed the pros/cons of each. I was able to make an informed decision and now await the actual installation!

They are very busy so we hired them but they have not done the work yet. Their estimate was much more reasonable than the other estimates and they give a guarantee.

Budget Dry replaced my battery powered back-up sump pump with the Defender. The technician (Kyle) was very professional and friendly. He readily answered my questions and offered additional insight. Kyle called me 30 minutes prior to arriving and I left work in time to meet him at my house. The job was completed in approximately 90 minutes and I am extremely happy with the process from beginning to end.

We installed a new sump pump and a back-up pump in our home. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The estimate and price was fair and the work was accomplished in a timely manner. Very professional and fixed the cracks in the garage the best that I can tell. Expensive fix but well worth going with the carbon fiber, you get a 15 year transferable warranty with it. Only deducted half star because they didn't show up on a modified scheduled date.

I liked the people I dealt with at the company. We did have one snafu with the quoted price of the job, which was disappointing, but we worked to try to find an equitable solution. The work seemed to fix one issue with our basement but created another (made it much more humid, causing a different type of water issue). We hope to work with Budget Dry to find a way to resolve this and stay within our budget.
