Safeway Chimney, I am 74 and have had lots of contractors. They were the best we ever had. Their quality of work is better than superior. Raymond and Brian worked extremely hard and answered every question I had with a smile. My chimney job was extremely tough. No negative comments by them. They said they will do whatever it takes to fix the problem and they did. The old cap was cement and the got it off with hard work. Their cost was less than I expected. If you want the best quality they are they ones to call. Thank you Raymond and Brian.

This was a very challenging job. They had to remove a dead smelly squirrel from my fireplace. They were one of the only companies willing to come out and do it. And they did it cheerfully without complaining even though it took several attempts to get it out. And they showed me the animal and then put it in a plastic bag and disposed of it. I was so glad to get the smelly thing out of my house!!! And they cleaned the chimney and didn't make any mess. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them. Ask for Ray. He's very competent and explains things clearly to you.

I have had problems with another chimney company then they sent Raymond over from Safe Way and let me tell you this young man was professional, knowledgeable and so polite I felt like I was family too him. Very clueless about what they are doing! Before the project I was given quote for $800 for chimney Cap & pointing. They guy came with a wrong size cap ( too small to fit the opening) didn't do the pointing and decided to leave after 45 minutes expecting to get paid $800. I refused & talked to the owner who mad e another appointment for Saturday after paying $400. Still the pointing was not done right!!!!! Conmen wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The 2- gentlemen that came both times, once to remove a squirrel and inspect the chimney, and again to reline 1- flue and replace 1- cap, were very professional and pleasant with the owner and did a couple minor repairs they felt were needed.

Was nice to be able to text the tech and keep in touch that way instead of just phone/email.
