+ -1 moreI would never use this contractor again. He really destroyed our house. We had to have somebody else come in and redo most of the things he did. I don?t even know if he ever had license, he said he did but he never showed it to us and did a lousy job. He put plywood on the outdoors; we never put plywood outdoors without being covered. He did all sorts of crazy things. He rotted out the whole front porch. He had poor, primitively used equipments. He just left and never finished the work. The price was moderate, it was reasonable and he was pretty punctual. We feel terrible about losing all that money.
Description of Work: I used JKS Constructions to build a portion of the house.
