Greg was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was very easy to talk to and was readily available and responded very quickly to any phone calls. He showed up on time and called ahead to confirm. He answered all of my questions and explained the appraisal process as well as the appraisal itself. I would hire him again in the future.

He was punctual for the onsite inspection and quick to respond to questions via text message. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend Greg.
