The guys were great. They came in and got the job done in a day. Carpet looks great. Value was better than others I priced. Said a few hundred. They moved a couple of things I couldn t get out of the way. Great company.

I hired VRP Floors to remove some carpeting and to refinish the hardwood floors in the upper level of my house. Carpeting removal and refinishing of the floors went pretty smoothly. My only issue was with the people they used to move furniture in my house. The owner specifically told me to leave the large furniture for his guys to move. Once the furniture was put back, I realized I should have moved it myself. There are deep gouges and scratches on three pieces of bedroom furniture and I have not heard back from them yet. Their floor refinishing crew was top-notch, furniture movers, not so much. Dealing with Horatio, was also a pretty good experience except that I have not gotten a response about the furniture. I am a little hesitant to provide a recommendation to others just yet.
