Description of Work: A/C REPLACEMENT OF THEIR OWN INSTALLATION. CARMINE SHOWED UP ONCE, GAVE US AN ESTIMATE 2/3 HIGHER THAN ANYONE ELSE'S, AND WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN EXCEPT TO TELL US HE WAS SHORT- HANDED. NO WONDER!

Description of Work: Supposed to come Wed but came on Fri instead. They did not have time to fix everything, such that system still did not work, and Carmine Jr said he would write estimate to finish job. Called multiple times to get estimate and left message to call back, including after I missed one and only call back, but never did get another call. Got so tired of this typical behavior for HVAC guys in this area that I learned the wiring I needed to in order to hook up my AC, boiler, air handler, 2 thermostats and 2 zone valves and fixed the remaining problems myself. I give a grade of A for the work that was done, but an F for not really trying to finish the job, so an average overall grade of C.

Description of Work: Carmines replaced a very old gas hot water heater. They explained the whole process in advance and showed me how to work the gauges once the hot water heater was installed. I would use them again although their prices are a bit high.

+ 0 moreTHEY ARE PRETTY GOOD. WHEN YOU CALL THEM, THEY GET HERE ON TIME. IF THEY SAY NINE O'CLOCK, THEY WILL BE HERE. IF THEY CAN'T MAKE IT THEY CALL. THEY ARE CONSCIENTIOUS. NOTHING HAS BROKEN. I HAVE A BRAND NEW WATER HEATER.
Description of Work: THEY SERVICED THE HOT WATER HEATER, HEATING, AIR CONDITIONING AND THE DEHUMIDIFIER TWICE A YEAR.
