+ -1 moreHe cashed the check, for the outstanding job. I contacted him a number of times. He eventually called me at 3 in the morning on 4/22/16 and said he would be out the following week. I have not heard from him since.?
Description of Work: There were 2 components of the job. The part that was completed was great. However the second part is still outstanding.?
