We just had Carefree Home Pros install a walk-in shower and we could not be happier with the service we received. They made it easy from the start. Sales team was not pushy, just informative. The instalation team were awesome, first they were the cleanest and neatest people, they took every precaution to cover my vanity and sink, toilet etc. They swept up after themselves and left the area looking clean. With all the dust they did everything to try an minimize it. The young man who did the full instalation worked nonstop to get us a shower in one day and then talked us through the use and cleaning without rushing because it was late. These people care about thier customers and we are so satisfied with the work. My bathroom looks beautiful!!! Thank you to the entire team at Carefree Home Pros.

Dylan did an outstanding job, very courteous & conscientious......a true professional! He replaced a shower unit and had to demolish a wall in the process. I couldn't believe how clean he kept the bathroom throughout the process. I'd highly recommend Carefree Home Pros to anyone needing bathroom work....exceptional from start to finish!

Our installer, Dylan, was excellent. His work was outstanding and he took the time to explain everything. He allowed us plenty of time to review his work and ask questions.

Dan Brown was the tech assigned for my project, we replaced a small corner shower to a 5 foot shower Dan did an amazing job he was very thorough took the time to explain things to a very knowledgeable guy! If you're planning a shower re-do request Dan, you'll be glad you did!

Installer did a great job and finished in one day. Plumber left a mess on my carpet in my basement while plumbing the drain. The shower stall itself although good quality is overpriced in my opinion

Special tip of the cap to our installer John who transformed an unworkable bath into a dream come true in very little time. Fantastic job by all!

Kent was very prompt the day the installation was scheduled. He was polite, courteous and very efficient. The job went smoothly and he finished way ahead of the scheduled finish time expected. I was very happy with the clean up. Kent was very meticulous in every detail. He answered all of my questions. Super! From sales to materials ordered to materials received to installation schedule, we were informed every inch of the way. Installation took less than one day and the work by Shane was superlative. I thought I had a leak from the new drain and a plumber was sent immediately (Monday after Friday installation) to check it out. It was NOT a leak, just a bit of spilled water from the installation. Wonderful customer service, and on a weekend, no less! I can't say enough about how well we were treated. I very highly recommend.

It was an expensive project, but well done and I am quite happy with it.. Done on time as promised with requested materials. clean up was good too. Shane was the pleasant, knowledgeable installer that I appreciated having do this shower replacement project. I would recommend this company.

Great job!

I had problems when they first installed my shower unit. Nothing to do with the unit. It had to do with my molding that did not sit flush like before. They came the next day to look and repair it, but months later I was not satisfied with the repairs. They came back replaced the molding, replaced the plumbing tape (the installer used blue tape that stuck out like a sore thumb), Replaced the grab bars because they did not match the shower head and on/off the plate. They were more than accommodating to make right what I was not happy with. Above and beyond. I absolutely love my shower unit and give them 5 stars for the product and their commitment to satisfy their customers.
