I really enjoy working w/ this group. The home office, the sales people, our installer, Paul Caruso - they were all amazing! Nothing is cheap, but price is only a problem in the absence of value. I felt I received quite a bit of value! The product was amazing, the work done was beautiful and the time spent w/ me to go over everything was above & beyond what I expected. I will absolutely look to work w/ this company again and recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

Paul is thoughtful, polite, knowledgeable, quick and his work is meticulous. Paul walked me through the process of what he was going to do that day, kept the house clean, and I was left with a gorgeous bathroom. Very pleased with installation of jacuzzi tub-workers were very professional and cleaned up after install-thoroughly explained everything about cleaning etc -I would highly recommend them!

The first contact was a free in home estimate. Matt was very personable and professional. He sold the product and project well. Answered ALL our questions. Install day, Paul arrived early/on-time. He covered all our floors leading up-to the bathroom. He worked out of our garage and cleaned up after completing. He answered any and all questions before, during and after the job. The bathroom looks great. Very happy

Returned 3 times to repair original instal

From the very beginning, our experience was outstanding. The sales presentation was very informative and very professional but not pushy. We never felt pressured at all. Alfred did a great job explaining everything, answered every question, some of them twice, and left us with the feeling that this is the company that we want to work with. So, we signed the contract that day. From that day to installation day, we worked with Carolyn, Kari, and Sarah, who answered additional questions, kept us informed of where we were in the process when we could expect the installation, and scheduled the actual installation date. On the day of installation, Chris and Shane arrived a little after 8:30 AM. They were extremely courteous, professional, patient, and meticulous in their work. This wasn't just a one-to-one shower install since I wanted the new shower enlarged from the original. They did an incredible job and I could not be happier. They finished at about 5:30 PM after cleaning up. Their work was so good and they cleaned up so well that you could not tell that there had been any construction done here that day!!! I genuinely appreciate Chris and Shane's efforts. They were simply awesome!!! After the installation, Kari followed up to validate that we were really satisfied with our purchase, with the installation work done, and with everything else involved, such as the covering of our floors to protect them, the clean-up afterward, and our impressions of the installers. The quality concern that Kari expressed was awesome. Throughout the process, we heard about what Carefree would do and how well they do it, they made a lot of promises, and their focus on quality was truly extraordinary. Everything that they promised, they did with a high degree of professionalism and quality. I highly recommend Carefree Home Pros.

The salesman was thorough in his explanation in what CareFree Homes provided. He was very professional. Paul, the installer was on time and worked til the end of day to finish the project. He was pleaseant and very professional at all times. I now have a beautiful step-in shower which ahs brighten my bathroom.

We replaced bath tub in master bathroom with new shower, Paul Caruso was the installer. He did a great job and asked the right questions and shared his knowledge and experience so that we made informed decisions. Paul worked a really long day to make sure the job was done! Thank you!

Paul was the person who replaced our tub and shower, and did an excellent job. He cleaned up after and work done in one day.

They arrived on time they go over all my order with me throw rug was put down to protect my flooring and they clean up after themselves and the work was done in one day they installed two bathroom in one day wow with no delay no mistake and the staff was super friendly and professional

Very professional.quality work and affordable

Last week Dylan from Carefree Homes came and installed our new shower. It is a huge space, but Dylan wasn't intimidated. Did a fantastic job!

Installers were friendly and efficient. Very knowledgeable. Stayed till evening to finish, worked well for him and us. 1 year interest free offer.

My installer was Matt. He was extremely knowledge about the installation process, as well as efficient. All my questions were answered, and he left my hone clean and in good order.
