I would recommend the installer,NOT the salesman!!

very understanding people, excellent job, clean up afterwards.

Excellent communication all the way around. No hassles, the guys were professional! At the end of each day, they cleaned up any mess and even put brackets back on the windows for me so I could hang my blinds. They showed me how to use the windows and how to clean them. Excellent company to deal with. I highly recommend CareFree Energy Solutions.

Siding complete and misunderstandings of door surround handled quickly and professionally we are very happy with the workmanship of this company. There were some delays due to weather and some mismeasurement on door surround but the CareFree Team took care of all of our concerns. Would definatley recommend this company for siding.

I thought the window installers and, the siders were not only very proffessional but, they were very easy to talk to regarding questions and job progresion. They also had a good sense of humor which to me was very important during the day to day contact. I would also like to add that Sandra, in the customer service department was extremely helpful and had a very plesant attitude making her a pleasure to talk to. The sales rep. ,John was also great to work with wether it was taking care of any issues that arose or just showing genuine care with the day to day operation. Carefree energy was definately not my cheapest quote but I consider my money well spent. Thanks to all of you at Carefree Energy for making me feel important during all phases of the work process. I would rate you 10 for 10! By the way the house look's fantastic.

The installer was very professional and friendly. The work was of the highest quality. I was kept inform of status every day and everything that was done was explianed to me.

We decided to go with Care Free based on the excellent communication the sales rep had while setting up an appointment for a quote. Our installation isn't until May. However, I just wanted to rate how well Chris did with his presentation and knowledge. No other company can out do the customer service they provide. I'm looking forward to doing business with them in May and again for future projects. I will be back after our windows are installed to rate again. Thank you again for coming to our home so well prepared. We appreciate you not wasting any of our time. Great job!

To many words ,Bad

Right from the start with the saleperson right straight through to the installers the experience was great. Everyone was very professional. At each step in the process my wife and I was informed as to what is to happen next. In the end our home looks like new. the windows look great insdie and out.

the job went well, the installers are sub-contractors but they do a nice job. there are a couple of things I need fixed. I will be calling them this week to have them taken care of (if they are as customer friendly as claimed). I'lll let you know.

Salesperson was well informed about their product and was able to answer all of my questions. Pricing was very competitive and substantially lower than any of the other contractors that I interviewed. Installation was timely, within two weeks of sales presentation. Workers were professional and completed the job in 1 day as promised. All packaging and old windows were removed promptly and cleanup was done to my satisfaction.
