Terrible to work with. Multiple mistakes, very costly mistakes, and major inconveniences.
Description of Work: Started working on lined window coverings months before our new house was complete. Prepaid for all my items and when they were installed they were unlined not what I ordered. Tiffany at Guirys wanted to give us a discount on reordering what we ordered to begin with. She wouldn't reorder the correct window coverings and eat the thousands of dollars In cost difference for her error. In the end she felt I was so unreasonable she refunded our money and cancelled our order. This left us with no window coverings for the first 6 weeks we were in our new home. I had to beg to get copies of our receipts to properly account for our refund as she provided fabricated receipts and i wouldn't accept them and then i had to contact Guirys account manager to get our refund. She was NOT helpful or professional. I've recently had to have Hunter Douglas repair a non working shade that we did keep, the batteries were out in wrong and ruined the electric wand.
