I am very picky with contractors, and Balkan Plumbing exceeded expectations for a hot water tank replacement. Nate was very informative, helpful, patient, and friendly during calls and planning. Once we finally scheduled they were on time and efficient. Extra care was taken in the work, and they meticulously drilled an outside wall pipe carefully. They fully supported the permit process and everything passed inspection. There was a minor leak issue after the installation and Nate quickly came out to fix it (a split washer) and was able to fix right away. This showed me that they would support their work. Balkan Plumbing is definitely one of the best contractors I've dealt with. Usually I'm disappointed with the level of service around here, but with Nate & Balkan I was very pleased. Thanks!

The techâ s were prompt and courteous. Took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. They worked clean and respected my home. Charged me just what the estimate was no more no less. They even left a contact number if I had any problems or questions. During this pandemic situation they wore masks, gloves and practiced social distancing. I highly recommended this company!
