Water heater started leaking on Sunday and Balkan had the new one installed in about 24 hours. Didn't require a visit to give me a price, I sent pictures and they were able to quote off of pictures, I really liked that. Also, found that water pressure in the condo building was to high so that I can contact the HOA and get it looked at. Very efficient and clean and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. If you appreciate â cutting to the chaseâ , I highly recommend Balkan Plumbing LLC. Now, some detail. Our Rheem hot water heater failed. After contacting Rheem, they agreed to replace the appliance. Labor was our responsibility. The hot water heater needed to be returned to Home Depot in order to get the complimentary replacement. After multiple calls, I found that virtually no plumbers were interested in the job except for one that quoted $2,000. I usually donâ t use Angi but, after three days without hot water, I was running out of options. After consulting Angi, I received several calls including one from Balkan Plumbing. The owner requested a photo of the unit and followed up with a very reasonable quote and quick appointment. Before committing, despite our desperation, I began researching the company. It didnâ t take long to learn theyâ re highly regarded, A+ rated by the BBB and registered with the Colorado Secretary of State with no complaints. So, I called to set our same-day appointment. Two gentleman arrived on time, uninstalled the heater and loaded it in their van. They picked up the new Rheem at Home Depot, brought it back and rapidly installed it. Upon completion, they took the time to review its operation and settings with me. And the price was exactly as quoted. Both technicians wore boot covers before putting down tarps and, I was surprised to see that they had installed a water pan under the new hot water heater, an unexpected bonus! I recognize this review is lengthy but I also know choosing a trusted, reliable company can be a challenge. Our experience with Balkan was outstanding. They are now on my list of preferred vendors and I recommend them highly.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! My husband and I have used them twice now. The first was to replace three toilets in our home which they did quickly, cleanly, and for a very fair price. We used them again this week to replace our water heater. We didn't even shop around to see if we could find a lower price because we fully trust the Balkan Plumbing. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs and so should you!

I called a big company that had great reviews, but they quoted me $3000 and they would not be able to do the install for 3 days - I was NOT looking forward to cold showers :( Pete from Balkan called and I was looking for a price comparison that was the best call I have ever made! Not only was it half the cost, Pete said that they could do it that same day!. Pete showed up and told me everything that he was planning on doing and told me to interrupt him if I had any questions - that is GREAT customer service! The work was done in about an hour, there was no mess to clean up and I had hot water within a hour! I highly recommend BalKan Plumbing and I WILL be using their services again. I have used Balkan Plumbing 2 times now and will be hiring them back for another project in the coming month. I originally hired them in November 2020 to install a whole house water filtration system. They were professional, timely and did an amazing job. Most recently I hired them back again to repair a plumbing job gone bad with a bathroom addition. They repaired the mess left by my previous contractor. Just like the first time, they were professional, timely, explained everything that was done and gave us advice for future projects we were contemplating. We plan to hire them back again to install a new water heater and expansion tank. We feel fortunate to have these plumbers in our rolodex.
