Description of Work: Fixed parts on the heater, that we later learned they charged us about four times the cost on the parts and who knows how much for the labor. Then we have them out to do an A/C tun-up and they tell us the coil needs to be replaced...guess what the total cost was again $2,000. what is the likelyhood that both problems cost exactly $2,000. I don't think so!! We got a second opinion and were told the A/C was $500 and that we got raked over the coals on our heater part costs.Not happy. Goodfellas also talked us into a year "contract" were they will come look at the each system in the winter and summer. I don't think we will be calling them again...probably try to charge us another $2,000.
