From the get go, Ray McLees was professional, courteous, and delivered on his word. Ray came by the house nearly every day to check on progress and answer any questions, and the crew was excellent, all were very polite, hard working, and had great attention to detail. Most important to me, this was a project at my parents' house that I was coordinating, and Ray dealt with them (and their differing opinions and directions) with deft aplomb. The end product is a gorgeous deck that won't kill us by falling apart while we're on it.

He’s very good. He’s on Angie’s List that’s why I went with him. The crews were all very polite. They cleaned up every day after themselves. They were here on time and were reliable. The quality of their work was excellent and there were no surprises. It was expensive but it was probably fair. I got what I paid for.

They were able to squeeze us into their schedule with relatively short notice. They did a great job of demo-ing the old deck and were able to replace it with a beautiful composite deck before our Thanksgiving guests arrived. Ray was on site every day to make sure everything went smoothly. The crew worked very well together, came on time and were very professional. The new deck is beautiful. He worked with us over the weeks of developing the final design, was respectful of our wishes but still alert to potential design problems. His crew was polite, responsive and skilled. One or two glitches were corrected promptly and without pushback. We are happy every day with our new deck!

I submitted my inquiry to All Pro Decking via their website and received a phone call from the owner, Ray McLees, the very next day. We arranged for Ray to come to the house so he could take measurements and review the project. Ray was courteous and professional from the moment we met him. He provided a bid and proposed 2 different kinds of materials that we told him we were interested in. We discussed our budget limitations and Ray was sensitive that. He worked to help us choose materials and a design that fit within our budget. After we'd decided on which material to go with, Ray provided us with several PDF drawings of how the finished deck would look. We were very excited that we could now actually see this project in its finished state! After giving Ray our approval on his drawings, he arranged for his crew to get to work. They started on a Tuesday, arriving promptly at 8:00 a.m. and took five business days to complete our project. Each day, the crew arrived on time and each night, they cleaned up their work area completely and covered their materials & tools so it was ready for the next day. By the end of the project, Ray's crew had left our yard and deck area cleaner than they'd found it! The quality and the craftsmanship that Ray's crew put forth is fantastic. The deck is not only beautiful, it is solidly constructed. Throughout the process, Ray visited the site each day to monitor the progress and support his crew - and he communicated with us regularly on the status of the project. We were very pleased with the entire experience. All Pro Decking lives up to its name for sure. I highly recommend this company for anyone's deck project.
