The men that came and installed my window were so kind and caring. Very cautious of making a mess. Showed up on time. I had been waiting one year for that window ,from a company in town ,who never even bothered to get back to me. Empire glass, went up and above to make me feel important. I would highly recommend them.

cott even showed me how to remove and replace the window incase I have problems with other windows in the house knowing that we would have problems hiring to have other windows repaired on our fixed income ver_ nice man. thank you Scott. it very nice to have windows I can open and close again and knowledge of how to fix further issues buy myself if beeded. Thankyou so much for your honesty and help. There was a window that I thought needed repair and he save me money by showing me that one of the windows was working ok. Very honest and snd helpful business
