Rob, the owner, came out and performed the service himself. On scheduling, they gave me a time frame and said they technician would call on his way. Rob did that, and gave me an approximate time to arrival. He made it a little earlier than he said which was great on my end. On answering the door, he was professional, introducing himself and already had on his "booties" on. The pleasantries aside, Rob got right to work. As I was interested in the process, I tagged along. Rob explained each step of the process, why he was doing it, and what someone should be looking for when performing the service. He provided some helpful hints as well as some advice on some other questions I had. At no time, did Rob try to sell additional services or upcharges. He focused on the job that was requested, a true professional. I would definitely recommend Quality West and plan on having them service my A/C in the spring.

They were lovely people. The people that I talked to on the phone and the gentleman that came out and serviced the furnace were fantastic, very polite and very friendly. They got the service completed fairly soon after I purchased the coupon. There was no waiting. I remember that we had like a cold snap really soon after I bought it and it was like, "Oh my God! Get in here." And they were available right away. I have not used them again since that time but that is only because I am not very good at following up on things.

I called for service at 2:30 pm and Rob was at my house by 3:20 pm. He was prompt, professional, and did a great job explaining his diagnosis and general assessment of my AC system. He also showed me how to clean the condenser unit. He ended up charging $288 to inspect, clean, and recharge 2 lbs of refrigerant. I plan on having them service my furnace this Fall.

Serviceman was prompt and polite. A fix was suggested, but I was informed it wasn't needed until the fall.

We had to wait a couple of weeks after the initial call, because they were so busy, but the wait was worth it. The tech was a new dad of twins, extremely professional and competent. He advised us of the best time to contract with them for an bi-annual checkup contract to coincide with their seasonal special offers. A great experience.

It was great. They came in and had it done in one day, no muss, no fuss. And I have been cool ever since!

Service guy was super punctual and on time. Diagnosed the problem easily, but I became concerned when he started spending more time trying to up-sell me on a new unit, rather than fixing the unit (which actually had a repairable problem). In the end, I couldn't wait for him to leave. He had already stereotyped me as the dumb housewife that he thought he could snow over into buying the new unit which I was tired of quickly. He also took apart the unit, then gave me an estimate of the work which I wanted to talk to my husband about before agreeing to. He wasn't super thrilled about that and kept being pushy. After he left, I went to the basement and found out he didn't reassemble the duct work correctly, so I had to go to home depot, buy the remaining supplies and reassemble it myself. While I know this is industry practice to an extent, I still didn't like that he put a sticker on my unit instructing that if another repair person comes out, to stop and notify them because it could be under warranty (which it's not). Just seems shady. Also, know that the company doesn't do paper receipts. I had to wait 3 days to get my receipt thru email after it was paid for which after I discovered he didn't finish the work in the basement, I was disappointed I didn't have one. In the end, our A/C works better, but not great (there is still something wrong with it). I think we'll be having to call another company out here to fix it again in the spring :(

They did a good job. The price was good. The person that came was a nice guy.

It was an Angie's list Big Deal that I purchased. They did a great job, they did the inspection as expected. This was my first time using them. The technician was very knowledgeable, very thorough and very respectful of the house and the furnace itself. I plan on giving them a call for my air conditioning system in a couple of weeks.

The person was pleasent. He told me what was wrong and that I probably needed a new furnace. Said he would have his boss the owner call and set up an appointment to come and talk to me about the system needed. No contact since he left. It is now six days later.

This was an excellent experience all around, from initial contact to installation. Angela and Rob are both extremely responsive and knowledgeable. The crew was very client-friendly, punctual, professional and hard-working. In Denver's summer heat, I am a happy, refrigerated camper now! I highly recommend Quality West Heating and Cooling.

Superb. The team used care to protect our facility, communicated their ongoing progress, and completed on time. Angie in the office was a pleasure to work with and delivered all documents, including energy credit and tax documents, quickly and efficiently.

They called to scheduled an appointment 10 minutes after I left a message on Angie's List and Rob came out to our house yet that evening. Two days later our first unit went in and the next working day the second one was installed. His crew is very professional and explained things well, even helped me set up the app for controlling our home thermostats from my iPad. The owner assured me that I am to call him at any time if we experience any problems and he would come right over. I am very pleased with the workmanship that was done and would highly recommend them to others.

During the assessment, Rob was extremely professional and provided all of the information we needed to make an educated decision - with absolutely no hard selling. He even complimented one of the other vendors we were evaluating for the install - an action that revealed a great deal about his professional character. And the team that did the installation were absolute rockstars!! Arriving on time, completing the installation in just a few short hours, providing help on how to use the mobile features of the Honeywell system and cleaning up all of their work spaces thoroughly before leaving. In addition, Quality West is registered with Xcel Energy as an approved contractor for Energy Rebates (http://www.xcelenergy.com/Save_Money_&_Energy/For_Your_Home/Heating_&_Cooling/High_Efficiency_Cooling_-_CO). As part the the evaluation, Rob uses a diagnostic calculator to determine the size and efficiency metrics that are needed in a unit. Would highly recommend Quality West to anyone!! These guys are great! Came on time and performed work as outlined in contract. Rob and his team were wonderful. Easy to deal with and got the job done. All work was performed to specs. The electrician they utilized was great as well, installed the electrical line as needed. Quality West handled all the Xcel rebate paperwork as well making it that much easier and with no hassle. We are very happy with the work performed and would recommend Quality West to anyone.

Rob showed up right in the 2 hour window they gave me, calling ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very helpful and friendly, not only doing the tune-up, but showing me how to do routine maintenance myself. Very professional. I've now got my Heating and A/C company for life!

Everything went great. The new equipment makes the temperature in the house better than it has ever been. They installed a high efficiency Rheem system which is eligible for $1300 in rebates and tax credits from the above price. Quality West does the paper work for the rebates and gave me the information needed for the tax rebate.
