Description of Work: Called on 6 Oct 2014 for HVAC install, left message, no call back. 3 days later called and talked with Brian. Made appointment for 9 Oct 2014', between 10:00 a 12:00 am, got a call from Brian at approx. 11:59' said he was tied up w/ endothermic project and could reschedule that afternoon between 2-3 pm, he never showed and never called. If this guy , who I assume owns the company, cannot make 2 estimate appointments , how would you feel on install punctuality!!!! Not professional- no way to run ANY company.

Description of Work: We had a new 95% efficient, variable speed Trane furnace, steam humidifer, whole house air cleaner, 4 ton air conditioner with a new 4 ton coil, and an Eccobee digital, programmable thermostat. Much reworking of the existing 22 year old duct work was needed as everything was original and inefficient. The old airconditioner would only work for about an hour and then freeze up. The very high ceilings and the walkout lower level need to be accounted for. We had a spreadsheet for the 5 companies that we were looking at. I must say that 3 of them were very close, but all bid a different make and model. One wanted 60% up front and was thus eliminated. Quinn was quite responsive and very professional. Considering that the outside temperature was over 100 degrees when we decided we needed a new air conditioner, the job was done quickly and very well. They did a lot of little extra things like putting in new, raised cold air returns, a raised platform for the duct work, etc. Quinn did not ask for any money until it was all installed and we were happy with the system. We might have saved a little more if we had done it off season, but like most people, we waited until we had a crisis. Even so, I think we got a fair price. We are very happy with our new system and are enjoying the consistent cool air. Three floor fans in 105 degree weather just wasn't doing it.
