THE JOB WAS PERFORMED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND DONE WELL. THE EMPOYEE WAS PERSONAL, FREINDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS.

The gentlemen who installed the insulation were very personable and competent. The only complaint I had was with the billing. Fortunately I had a copy of the estimate I was given prior to service done. When I compared that to the bill when the job was completed, there was an extra $300 for something I did not have done and was not on the estimate. Had I just paid and not compared these I would have been out the $300. Check your bill against the estimate!!

Be sure to get confirming date and time for installation. The installers were professional, friendly and kept to the task. Having them in my home was not uncomfortable for me as a single woman.

Only company that would help me. They have great customer service. They DID NOT do blown-in insulation for me but I would hire them if I needed that.

I received several estimates for blown-in insulation for the attic and garage ceiling in our home. Debbie and Charles provided the most competitive estimate for the job. They and the crew were professional and knowledgeable. The crew was courteous and did a wonderful job cleaning up the house afterward. The insulation already proved to be beneficial as our home is cooler and the A/C is not working overtime. We can't wait to feel the warmth in our home during winter months.

My experience with this business was very good. From the initial visit for information and an estimate, to the day the insulation work was done, I appreciated the degree of knowledge, expertise, and integrity that this business has. I am very satisfied with the experience and recommend them with no reservations.

Good experience except they drilled one hole too deep and sent insulation all over one of my rooms. They did do a good job at cleaning it up and can already see and feel a difference with the insula tion the the artic and the outer walls.A good experience.

Great job

The original order was scheduled for a one day job completion. However, before being able to complete the remaining job of insulating another portion of our home, the two workers were directed to return to their office to "unload a truck (trailer)"(?). Expecting that they would return Friday morning to complete the job, we were advised that they would not return until Monday morning.(?). I immediately (Thursday at approximately 16:00) called the office to express our dissatisfaction with this arrangement. I spoke with "Sarah". The office attendant, who was very empathetic to our situation, but stated she had no control over this issue and agreed with my request to escalate my concerns to the "owner" who would be returning my call within the next 24 hours. Today is Thursday, 11 December 2014, a week after the initial work and 4 days following the Monday completion, and I still have not heard from the owner.

Great job and would recommend them without hesitation.
