Estimator said combing out fins was not an option and would result in breaking or pulling out of fins. Another company combed out fins in less than 30 minutes with no problems. I felt like Northern Colorado Air was trying to take advantage of the situation and insurance company.

They are really good, and we really like them. The overall experience has been really good, we have checked around, and their price is reasonable compared to the others.

It went very well. They were friendly, he put booties on his feet before walking into the house. He talked mostly to my husband. He was here twice and the first time they thought it was something and they replaced it but he said he wasn't sure and he had to come back but we knew he might have to come back. They did end up solving the problem. My husband thought the price was reasonable. He came the same day and was a few minutes early.

I have used NORTHERN COLORADO AIR INC for 2 years and will continue to utilize their expertise moving into the future.

Our furnace is in the basement and I am disabled and cannot go into the basement. I had to trust that the technician did what he said. I found out later that day that he did everything he said and that I paid for.

Technician was very pleasant and efficient. He arrived on time and finished the job in one day. He obviously enjoyed what he was doing as I overheard him "whistling while he worked". The quality of the service performed was first class, and I am not that easy to please. Overall we feel confident that we received a quality product (s) and well above average installation. Without hesitation I would endorse the work and products provided by NCA.

Northern Colorado Air (NCA) was quick to respond to my request for a quote, and conducted a thorough investigation of our family's needs and current system performance across the seasons. We could have had our AC and heating load / needs formally modeled by NCA had we asked, but I'd done sufficient research that the next steps up or down each system 'capacity' levels would not have made sense. The solution discussions centered on our needs versus budget, what we'd be getting if we spent a little more or less, and the background of the company, its employees, installers, their experience, services after the sale, etc. And quite honestly, Lennox was not even my first choice as a brand (although I have no direct experience with Lennox, Carrier, Ruud, or other 'quality' names) but our old systems were so inefficient and coming up on "I am dead now" age that full replacement of both made sense. After much study on the internet and with acquaintances, most buying advice ended up being "the installer matters more than the brand". And indeed, I chose NCA over the other finalist (who was $200 less and had the brand I preferred 'emotionally') because of recommendations about NCA and the feel I got working with Kevin of their staff. Should buying decisions be based upon 'feel'? Nope, but when you thoroughly exercise the transaction, what's included, why do 'x' vs 'y', etc., you'll gain insight that even an Angie's List can't give. Do your homework. Sorry for the sermon - Northern Colorado Air was great to work with and delivered all the 'value' expected.

Overall, the service was great. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the service plan, but appreciated being told it was an option. The service techinican arrived on schedule and the work was done well.

They did a very good job. We will recommend them. They were very friendly. They were always on time. They were very thorough with their information. They have been very honest with us, and their prices are very competitive compared with others. They were pretty fast in responding. They are local business people and we will continue using them again in the future.

Work was done well and on time. Price seemed a little high. I tried to get an estimate on a tankless water heater. I had to call them to get a price and the price seemed decent. I had two other contractors offer me a bid and suggested that I would need larger gas piping which seemed correct. I think this was something that NCA may have missed.

The entire project went very well. They arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. The workmanship was outstanding and the air conditioning is actually working better with the new furnace as the system was reconfigured and the variable speed motor on the furnace improves the comfort level of the AC.

They were professional and on time. The price was reasonable.

Northern Colorado Air was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Brett Tucker was knowledgeable about the current rebates available to consumers for replacing appliances. With the rebates, I will save about $1000. For every appointment, they were on time and when the work was finished, the area where the furnace was installed was neat and clean. I received good instructions on how to use the furnace. After the furnace was put in, I noticed a couple of areas where the drywall was damaged. Brett came out right away to look at the damage and within a couple of days, it was fixed.

It was great and they did a really good job. They had to come back because we had trouble with the air flow, and they came back without a charge.

My experience with them has been good. I got many estimates but they came in with an excellent bid for a high quality product. They did a great job. I am happy with their job. They did not get back to me as quickly as I would have liked.
