Everything is going very well so far.  We are still in middle of rebuild work.  We had to change the scope of work several times during the rebuild phase and they are always willing to listen, come up with another plan and they are so accommodating.  They communicate very well.  We have been treated as we are the top priority project amongst all of their work.  And I am sure they treat each client that way.  I would strongly recommend BluSky for any restoration work.  Their estimator, Nate, is especially great at working with insurance adjuster to get the most claim for his clients.

After the hail storm last year in May we filed a claim with our insurance company for repairs . I researched this company and they had excellent rating with the BBB. Two representatives promptly showed up to the house and confirmed the damage that the insurance adjustor had found. I did a check with BBB and saw they had a great rating. After signing up with this company things quickly went downhill. They were slow to make the repairs. They wouldn't return my Mother's phone calls and say they were coming on a certain day and would never showed up.   She called the Sales Estimator who signed us up and the person below him that was working with my Mother to get the job completed. Then the company was sending her bills and again she called the sales estimator for help finding out what the bills were for.  At first he told her to ignore the bills.  After receiving more she tried to call him again and had no response As far as we knew she was responsible for the deductible ONLY. I finally called her insurance agent and he looked over all the invoices and got everything straightened out. This started May 2012 and has taken until January 11, 2013 to get settled.  We are very unhappy with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

About 12 workers showed up early to remove old roof.  Laid protective sheets over shrubs.  Took about three hours to remove old roofing material and haul away.  New roofing material had been delivered previous day.  Eight workers remained and installed the new roof--worked until 7:00 that evening.  Cleaned up all discarded material before they left.  Next morning four workers returned and finished the job in five hours.
