Description of Work: Horrible! They dragged out an 8 week job into 8 months! Poor workmanship, very poor customer service! Some of the subcontractors they hired did not appear to know what they were doing and they were rude and left garbage and half-eaten food everywhere. They also broke things and it took an act of God to get Blusky to make it right. As many of the subs did not speak English, it was very difficult to communicate with them. They only completed 1/2 of what was originally estimated they kept pulling things out of the estimate. Unfortunately I was well into things so I let them finish what they wanted to do in order to sell my home, which I had sold at a much lower price because of their procrastination and not completing what they originally said they would complete. As an aside I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!

 + -1 moreEverything is going very well so far. We are still in middle of rebuild work. We had to change the scope of work several times during the rebuild phase and they are always willing to listen, come up with another plan and they are so accommodating. They communicate very well. We have been treated as we are the top priority project amongst all of their work. And I am sure they treat each client that way. I would strongly recommend BluSky for any restoration work. Their estimator, Nate, is especially great at working with insurance adjuster to get the most claim for his clients.
Description of Work: BluSky is doing abatement, restoration and rebuild project for our commercial property. So far, I have been so impressed with everyone I have worked with from BluSky. They are all very professional, efficient, courteous and real great communicators and they all do excellent work! I would strongly recommend BluSky for any restoration projects. I have had used similar services from other contractors when I used to live in Georgia and BluSky is far superior! BluSky billed us for the first portion of work only and was willing to give us extended time in paying the first bill in case the insurance company was not timely with sending out the check. BluSky waited until the abatement work was completely done and we were completely satisfied with the work before billing us and gave us additional 30 says to pay. However, we did get the check from insurance three weeks prior to the bill being due! All this happened because the BluSky estimator, Nate, was great working with our insurance adjuster for getting everything rolling as soon as possible.

 + -1 moreAfter the hail storm last year in May we filed a claim with our insurance company for repairs . I researched this company and they had excellent rating with the BBB. Two representatives promptly showed up to the house and confirmed the damage that the insurance adjustor had found. I did a check with BBB and saw they had a great rating. After signing up with this company things quickly went downhill. They were slow to make the repairs. They wouldn't return my Mother's phone calls and say they were coming on a certain day and would never showed up. She called the Sales Estimator who signed us up and the person below him that was working with my Mother to get the job completed. Then the company was sending her bills and again she called the sales estimator for help finding out what the bills were for. At first he told her to ignore the bills. After receiving more she tried to call him again and had no response As far as we knew she was responsible for the deductible ONLY. I finally called her insurance agent and he looked over all the invoices and got everything straightened out. This started May 2012 and has taken until January 11, 2013 to get settled. We are very unhappy with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: We contacted BluSky May 2012 to do repairs on my Mother's house after a hail storm. Repairs to include small portion of the roof shingles and vent collar replacement , garage door, replace damaged window covers, replaced glass in broken window.

 + -1 moreAbout 12 workers showed up early to remove old roof. Laid protective sheets over shrubs. Took about three hours to remove old roofing material and haul away. New roofing material had been delivered previous day. Eight workers remained and installed the new roof--worked until 7:00 that evening. Cleaned up all discarded material before they left. Next morning four workers returned and finished the job in five hours.
Description of Work: Worked with our insurance adjuster. Obtained all permits. Removed old roof and installed new roof in one and a half days.
