After researching and calling many Radon Detection services, Ben at All Colorado Radon was by far the best. He explained cost, requirements and expectations over the phone. He said he had free radon detection testers or we could pay a $100.00 fee for the real-time digital professional series radon detection tests.We made an appointment with Ben and he was very punctual, courteous and professional. He spent a half hour educating us on radon with respect to our townhome as we have a finished basement. He listened attentively to our concerns and questions. He provided very reasonable, unique and aesthetic solutions in case mitigation would be required. Although he did not have the free radon detectors he usually uses, he provided us with two of his professional series radon detectors, explained how they worked, set them up for us and said he would return in a few days. On the second day, before the first 48 hours were complete, we had a power surge due to local thunderstorms and the radon detectors reset. Even though these professional detectors were needed on other job sites, Ben said no problem, he'd just let them run for another 48-hours to get the results. Although our radon test was well below the 4.0 radon limit, Ben was very polite and professional. He usually charges $100.00 for the use of these two professional series radon detectors but said there would be no charge. Because of his professional, patient and courteous service, we gladly paid the fee to show our appreciation for his service. We HIGHLY recommend Ben and All Colorado Radon for your radon testing and mitigation needs.

They sent a crew of 3 to do the work and it took about 4 hours total. They put down carpet covering and cleaned up after their work. The electrical work for the fan all looks professional and tidy. We have a lot of small windows on the side of the house and they did a good job of routing the exhaust piping up the outside wall so it isn't visible when looking out any of the windows. They also painted the outside piping with paint I provided so it fits in pretty well when looking on the outside. We got 3 bids for the same scope of work and this was the lowest price bid. They did a good job and I recommend them.

When we bought our turn of the (last) century home, the radon report came back about 4X the recommended safe levels. I called All Colorado Radon Mitigation and they came out to take a look at the job. Because of the historic nature of the home, it was very important to us to minimize any visual impact to the home. They proposed a sub-slab depressurization (venting) system and sealing of the two crawlspace areas. They did a great job of thinking creatively on how to route the venting system and where to put it on the outside of the house to help conceal it. We had them do the work and they did a great job. They were wonderfully professional to work with, both on the phone and in person. And I'd like to say that I'd never ever want to crawl into those crawlspaces where there's barely enough room for a human to move, but they did an awesome job sealing those spaces!

Fantastic job by fantastic people. The owner Ben as well as his crew were awesome to work with. I got their info off of Angie's List and was not disappointed. Super personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Ben came up with a plan to tie in a French drain system on the interior of our crawl space to the radon removal system and it all went seamlessly and looks great too. It just got done half an hour ago, but I am quite confident that a great job was done. I will check the radon levels in a week, but I feel like even if there was a remaining issue, these guys would address it immediately. It is so satisfying to have a problematic issue resolved by really solid, capable, trustworthy crafts-people. Another Angie's List success!!

Excellent - whole experience could not have gone better! Great group of people from the estimator to the receptionist to the installation team (Kyle and Bubba). I've been doing a large remodel on my home and have had numerous not so fun issues finding people to do work. I didn't expect to have a radon problem but , I did and thought I would have another not so good adventure trying to find someone reliable to take care of it. To my surprise, I was taken aback by the team at All Colorado Radon Mitigation, Inc. Everyone was very responsive, very friendly, and very professional - not at all pushy and I did not get the impression that I was going to be the sugar daddy that made them their first million! The installation team was speedy yet very thorough and professional in doing the installation. They were thorough in explaining the system and they all made a point of letting me know if I ever had any questions or issues to feel free to call. I would highly recommend this group for this type of work and will definitely let my neighbors and friends know about them. Hire them - you won't regret it!
