TUFF SHED INC - Corporate

Customer service is terrible. People do not respond to emails or return phone calls for days, if they responded at all. When someone finally responded I was told we cannot change the door width. Now I am stuck with a shed that is unusable for what we need. I understand it is an old shed but my only alternative is to tear it down.

- First, they never called me to confirm the delivery date and time, so the day before the scheduled date, I called the scheduler to find out that they needed to reschedule due to staffing issues. I only was spending $4500+ why should they keep me informed or try to move a smaller project to get mine project done close t on time. It was re-scheduled three weeks out.. in the morning. - They showed up earlier afternoon to start my morning build - Supplied paint was lost (eventually found) and all trim was not pre-pained prior to delivery. - Door jam/frame not constructed appropriately. Right side had a thin piece of siding spliced in but the other three sides has large gap which I will have to splice in some more material so mice and insects can't just readily go in and out and so I can properly weather strip the jamb. - Siding paint job still wet when shed pieces were stacked and gobs of transferred paint in several locations. - One of my leveled blocks was way off (Kicked or something?) and they shimmed every other block (except two which needed shims and received none!) instead of asking me to re-level the in-level block! CRAZY! - The subcontractor /builders were very polite and worked hard.... even though the leveling issue. Why the rating was not an "F".

Very good. Its a extremely high quality shed.

THEY DESIGNED AND BUILT A SHED IN MY BACK YARD THAT WAS PAINTED AND HAD VENTS. THEY PROVIDED THE FOUNDATION AND INSTALLED SHELVES. THE SHED IS 8X10 AND HAS A HUGE DOOR.
