We hired Nick Camacho and Total Home Concepts to finish our basement after a flood. What started as just a little painting and baseboards, turned into so much more! Nick was always open and accommodating no matter how many extra tasks I asked of him. He ended up putting in a recessed medicine cabinet, painting the basement bathroom, finishing the pocket door to the bathroom and a few other little handyman projects. Nick was very professional and left our house clean after each day. We have a new baby and a protective dog and Nick always made sure to call before coming over so that the dog barking wouldn���t wake up our baby. It is that level of care, professionalism, communication and kindness that makes me so glad I had hired him. We will be using Total Home Concepts for future house projects!

Nick was very good. He was very communicative, which I found very nice as I had a very hard time getting anyone to call me back. Even a few that came out to do a bid never called back with any numbers or a 'I can't take your project'. Nick and I spoke 5 times before we even hired him. If there was ever a delay or a problem he would get a hold of me right away to make sure I always knew what was happening.

Nick Camacho and his crew recently replaced a shingle roof over our guest room. It was the biggest job he's done for us and, like all the smaller jobs he'd done previously- both inside and outside- the work was first rate. Nick's pricing is always fair. His proposals are accurate and there are never any unexpected last minute expenses. He starts and finishes the work as promised and never leaves you hanging. All in all, he is very professional and takes pride in his work. We certainly plan to use him again and recommend him highly.

Nick did a great job converting our loft into a third bedroom. He completed the job on time and on budget but more importantly the quality of his work was outstanding. During the bid process I received quotes for less, but Nick did such a great job communicating his vision for the project I went with him. I'm really glad I did.

I had other guys makes estimates on the deck repair, but I selected Nick because he was more thorough during the inspection. I had specific work in mind, but he was able to see other issues I didn't know about. He was clear when communicating with me about the work I had asked for, and then he shared his recommendations. Nick was also great about keeping an eye on the weather, and letting me know how to prepare the deck for cold temperatures.

Nick and his team did a great job restoring our backyard deck. Throughout he was constantly in communication letting us know what was going on. He took the time to accurately quote the project in a line item list. He sourced the lumber for our project from 3 different locations balancing cost vs quality as if he was spending his own money. If the delivered lumber was not of the expected quality, he did right by returning the bad pieces for a better quality without even being asked. The work quality was very good at fair price and the deck turned out beautifully. Nick did everything he said he would and will be re-hired for future projects.

Nick is the consummate pro. He fixed all of our leaking gutters, resealing and re-riveting all joints. Wherever there was damage to the exterior trim, he replaced/repaired the fascia or soffit and repainted the affected area. He knew exactly what needed to be done to stabilize our gutter system to prevent future leakage--and the proof of the pudding occurred with our recent big March snowstorm when the system drained properly without leaking or dripping onto our front porch. In addition to being a highly competent handyman, Nick is also very courteous and very respectful. We would definitely hire him again for any repair job or home improvement project.
