Description of Work: These window people are horrible, lying and unethical. When we moved into our house, they made harassing phone calls and statements and would not take us off their call list. I even called the main office to complain which did not work. My wife eventually said we would only be interested in window trim repair, which they told us they did. We came to find out that was not true but the phone salesperson signed us up for a new window dog-and-pony show presentation. I didn't really care there - I had no intentions of spending a dime, but if that got them to leave me alone from that point on, whatever. Outside of the fact that the salesperson did not take no for an answer, I have one main complaint. HE TRIED TO GO INTO OUR KIDS ROOMS WHILE THEY WERE SLEEPING, MULTIPLE TIMES, AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS NOT TO. Towards the end, he even got mad at us for not buying anything, even 1 window, even said I had 'committed' myself by hearing his presentation. Really - I have 38 windows, and I'm going to replace 1? Bull. I don't care if they were the only window company on earth left, I'm going window-less. Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with, in any business, or any product, for any service - ever. Horrible.

I am very happy with the windows. They did what they said they would do. The price was quite expensive but the windows are very good. The windows are very clear looking and of excellent reputation. They were very thorough and clean. They did a great job and they followed it up as well.

The crew was excellent. They knew what needed to be done and got it done. They showed up at the time they said they would. They cleaned up nicely after themselves. We are happy with our windows.

Everything went great. They did a great job at what they did. They showed up on time, and got everything done in about the same amount of time they thought they would. They did have to come back a separate time to install a couple windows that had initially showed up broken, and they worked with us on that.

The workers were very nice and professional. I even gave them my garage door code, so that they could enter, when I was not there. That is how much, I trusted them. I was very happy with everything.
Description of Work: I had them replace two existing French doors in my house, that lead outside. They also, replaced two existing windows with one new window. They were average sized windows. They installed the Cadillac version of doors and windows.

The salesperson showed up late to the estimate. He did not really explain the process or the quality of the windows well either. I think he was a new employee, but he still should know what he was talking about. He also seemed nervous. I did not go with this company because of the cost and their lack of professionalism.
Description of Work: I had them give me an estimate on installing 21 average sized windows in my house. The estimate included the removal of the old ones as well.

We were not looking for the cheapest windows, and we were very much sold on the quality of the fiberglass-composite frames. The fact that the installation was handled by a representative of the manufacturer was a big plus, reducing the chances that the installer could point fingers at someone else if there were a problem (which there wasn't). The installation went smoothly and we are very pleased with the end result.

The crew was knowledgeable, quick, clean, and professional. This is the second house I've replaced the windows with Renewal By Andersen. I immediately noticed a difference in the comfort level in my home. It's also much quieter, and I can actually lock my patio door now. The windows are expensive, but the highest quality and workmanship. Can't beat the lifetime guarantee either.

The sales process went smoothly and efficiently our sales person was very professional and concerned about our needs. The install team could not have been better not a single problem. They were meticulous in their workmanship, and also very unobtrusive our household wasn't disrupted at all. The job was completed on schedule about 3.5 days. The Fibrex product is really great maintenance free with the look and feel of real wood windows. The only thing is that this product is fairly expensive but it has a 50 year warranty which is what sold us on Anderson.
Description of Work: Replaced 25-year-old wood windows with composite (Fibrex) insert windows and sliding glass doors. Replaced 10 windows and 2 doors.
